「ホテルは最高の立地にあり、アルマス広場やサンマルティン広場まで徒歩圏内です。近くには大きなショッピングモールもあり、お食事や銀行両替も大変便利です。重要なのは、部屋が広く、夜は邪魔されることなく静かに眠れることです。朝食は非常に豊富で、ホテルのフロントデスクのスタッフは英語がとても気持ちよく話してくれ、良いサービスを提供してくれました。荷物の保管、洗面用具やミネラルウォーターの補充、レイトチェックアウトなど、あらゆる要望に素晴らしいサービスが提供されました。古いホテルのサービスは今でもとても良いです👍👍。とてもリラックスできるので、ホテルの周りを散歩するのも価値があります。」

「このホテルに2泊して本当にショックでした。夕方にチェックインし、シャワーを浴びたかったのですが、部屋にはお湯が出ませんでした。フロントに電話すると、サービスマンが来て部屋を変えるように言われました。しかし、フロントは電話に出てくれませんでした。 翌日、観光から帰ってきたら、部屋からいくつかのものがなくなっていました（コーヒー、クッキー、ドリンクのお誘い）。チェックアウトの際、荷物を持って車に乗るのを手伝ってくれる人もいませんでした。 しかも、部屋にはスリッパとバスローブがそれぞれ1枚ずつしかありませんでした。さすが5つ星ホテル！😅」

「房間好大，我哋兩個人一共4個行字箱都放得晒，仲有位淨，酒店每日都有housekeeping，每次番到房都好似換左間新房咁，淋浴缸嘅水壓都算理想，唯一美足嘅係酒店嘅燈光有待改善，無論係房間抑或走廊，就算已經開晒所有燈但室內燈光都好暗，我比較鍾意光線充足嘅房間，另外，酒店嘅早餐有好多選擇好豐富，唯一每日都會encore嘅omelette，食足咁多日👍🏻 整體上都十分好。」

「This hotel is not a new hotel but it has undergone a complete facelift so it feels like a completely new hotel. The decor is very nice. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are big and are completely renovated too.」

「From arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed. The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha. The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street. The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view. The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice. The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines. Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took. I would definitely stay there again.」
