ボスコーネ スイート ホテル(Boscone Suite Hotel)

Arrivati sabato mattina... camera bollente... da far star male chiunque ( abbiamo dormito cn la finestra aperta) nel bagno doccia difettosa e lavandino e bidet con getto d acqua difettoso ( basta usare un anticalcare nel rubinetto o cambiare la griglietta).. La domenica la camera non e' stata fatta... Colazione normale..briosche secche... ( forse si usano cosi 🤷🏻‍♀️) Abbiamo chiesto un toast al bar alle 20.30 e non hanno potuto farcelo... Il lunedi quando ho fatto il check out ben 4 persone si sn lamentate della mancata pulizia . Potrebbe essere classificato come un 3 stelle... Molte cose da rivedere....

First time to Madesimo and couldn't of had a better trip, hotel was perfect and the staff were great, made to feel welcome and at home from the moment net we arrived. A special mention to Luca for looking after us and making sure we didn't miss one lesson even if we only gave him 5 minutes to get us there!!! The hotel is exactly what you would want for a trip with friends, Alexandro provided the best service in the bar. we will 100% be net next year, Thank you. Tom, Tuesday, Eira & Maddox

We spent a fantastic week ( 26 Dec. /1st Jan 2022 ) with our twins 14 YO. ( and relatives ) on Half board/ evening. Huge parking protected area underneath the hotel, connected by elevators to the rooms. All the staff, is kind and ready to help in any situation, starting from Roberto, the Director. The ski slopes are served by the hotel free shuttle in 5 minutes on call.( Grazie Pasquale per la tua disponibilità) Food was excellent and varied every evening, NO RECYCLED DISHES FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY!!!!( word of catering professional) breakfast full of different cakes and croissants.... every day, bacon & eggs, ham and chees freshly cut every morning !!! The ground floor bar allows you to taste all kind of drinks and some snacks at any time, the ever smiling Anna was always welcoming us at night, after dinner for a last drink. The suite was big clean with good bedding and we could see the mountains trough the wide bay windows and balcony of the 2 rooms. You can leave your ski equipment in locked cabinets donwstairs and accessible from the lobby and it can be rented on site, just 3 meters outside the Hotel ( they picked them up at night themselves from the cabinet at the end of our stay....just perfect 5 stars' service....what else? We came from Paris and met our LECCE's family in Madesimo, and all of us ( 12 people ) were really impressed by our choice, as we it was our first time here...but will probably come back whenever we can. I've been here before with a group of business friends. We had a great time. Reception at the highest level. Thank you, the receptionist Maria, the other person at the reception, Abby, and the head nurse, Tina. We enjoyed the views of the beautiful nature and the wonderful appearance of the complex. I will visit it next year with a group of other friends

De beste en vriendelijkste bediening die we ooit hebben gehad! Geen enkele vraag is teveel. ‘‘s morgens bij ontbijt vroeg ik mijn eigen vegan chocomelk op te warmen en dat was geen probleem. Bij de derde dag wisten ze het al. 🙂 Er was vegan eten maar dat was eigenlijk elke dag hetzelfde enkel en alleen anders op het het bord gelegd. Hier mag iets creativiteit ingebracht worden. Er is wel ruim voldoende eten. De shuttlebus van het hotel naar de piste was super. Ze brachten je ter plaatse en met een telefoontje kwamen ze je terug ophalen. En Luca, wij gaan dat Ed Sheeran concert nog eens doen hè 😃 Luca en Matteo van de verhuur waren geweldige mannen. De kamers zijn wel gedateerd en kunnen een verfrissing gebruiken maar bovenal waren ze ruim. De sfeer tijdens de kerstdagen was leuk en ze deden een geweldige inspanning. Ik zou dit hotel aanraden. Dank je wel voor de geweldige bediening en gastvrijheid.

Vista molto bella, non molto lontano dal centro. gentili e cortesi, navetta a disposizione. Tutto il personale gentile e attento a risolvere ogni inconveniente. Orari comodi per colazione pranzo e cena alla carta.cappuccino e caffè molto buono

Gezellig hotel in Canadese stijl, met een mooie binnenkoer vandaar zeer kindvriendelijk. Het eten is er eenvoudig en heerlijk Italiaans. Op wandelafstand van de skipiste en met een skiverhuur ter plaatse en een pendelbus naar het dorp..

Arriviamo di sera e la prima sensazione e da wow che bello Prendiamo la stanza e iniziano i MA… prima di continuare mi permetto di ricordare che è un 4 stelle e tale recensione è fatta su base di questo Stanza grande e spaziosa composta da bagno, salotto con divano letto e camera da letto. La stanza è abbastanza datata ma nel complesso ok, il riscaldamento rumoroso e pieno di polvere che quando è in funzione non si sa bene cosi si respira nella stanza. Le prese appiccicose. I muri segnati e sistemati qual e la grossolanamente, letto matrimoniale scomodo in quanto in due si scivolava in mezzo con il risultato del mal di schiena per due notti. Tenda nella doccia benché sia un box, sembrerebbe che si sia rotta la porta aggiustata con la tenda Passiamo al ristorante, in quanto abbiamo riservato sia venerdì sera e sabato sera. Insomma una bella scelta dal menu, bella sala, opinabile la simpatia del capo sala ma ognuno è fatto a proprio modo, insomma ordiniamo e credo che in 20 minuti abbiamo mangiato antipasto, primo e caffe!!! Nel senso che mio figlio stava ancora mangiando il primo che gli era già stato servito il gelato, che avessero fretta di chiudere???!!!! No nemmeno perché sono entrati ancora clienti sul tardi perciò non mi capacito della fretta. Mi sono sentita pressata. Vabbè tanto eravamo stanchi dal viaggio e volevamo andare a dormire presto pregustandoci la colazione….. Ecco appunto la colazione……………………. Avevo aspettative troppo alte!?! Mancava qualcosa, mancava la scelta, solo 1 tipo di torta, solo 1 tipo di affettato, solo 1 tipo di formaggio, solo uova sode, beh con le brioche era meglio ce n’erano di due tipi vuota o ripiena, ma cque un buffet triste, forse sono abituata a quelli del Tirolo, perciò mi permetto di scrivere non aspettatevi un buffet da ingordigia. Inoltre i kiwi erano talmente molli che erano marci, i medesimi kiwi sono stati riproposti la domenica, assurdo! Ma dare un controllo a cosa mettete no !?! L’ho fatto notare al nostro simpatico capo sala che mi ha guardato e manco risposto, era infastidito! Mi dico è il suo lavoro o no!? Mah…. Non voglio continuare a polemizzare ma insomma nel complesso se fosse un 3 stelle non direi nulla, ma non è più all’altezza delle 4 stelle, un po' per tutto che è lasciato andare. Un po' un vivere sui tempi che furono…. Come perla finale mi permetto di scrivere….. i proprietari hanno i loro cani, va benissimo!!! Ma forse far pulire i loro escrementi dal piazzale interno sarebbe meglio. Per due giorni con gli escrementi dei cani in giro a vista davanti al ristorante. Ma anche no.
