海から数メートル、遺跡から数百メートルの理想的な場所にあるホテルのオーシャンサイドは、滞在するのに本当に良い場所ですが、エアコンも良く、お湯は私の期待を満たしています。オーナーは個人的にゲストの世話をし、貴重なヒントを提供します。

Me and Wife spent hours searching for a good clean place to stay and this time we did not want to stay at 5 Star hotel. We got frustrated looking at numerous reviews. Then we narrowed down to Oceanside after we read a review asking people to stop searching. I am so so happy with the room. I booked the room 207 and at arrival i was apprehensive but then after entering the room. I was so assured by seeing the White Clean Sheets (Stain Free) and very very Clean Bathroom and very good slope in the bathing area. I got all that i was looking for: - White crisp Bedsheet - Crisp Pillow Cover And Spotless Blanket Wonderful AC and plenty of Hot Water. For food take a 2 min walk to reach some nice restaurants and again a 3-4 min walk to beach and on return a tap to clean sand off your body and clothes. The stairs may be a concern for senior citizens. They don't serve food but we had planned to eat outside. The owner Jaymesh (?) Was available and very helpful. The young *** on front desk "Dinesh" is a polite and efficient and the cleaning ladies are sweet. Well spoken . Cons: - No Intercom( that's ok)

Very nice and tidy room! The staff is adorable and will do everything to help you during your stay. It’s the perfect place to rest and discover the city, near the touristic places and also very calm.

I spent a total of 4 nights in Oceanside, a modern very well appointed/maintained budget hotel, well located for the ‘sights’ , the beach and lots of restaurants . My room was spotlessly clean with a great bathroom/shower and blissfully hot water available at all times. Perhaps the best thing though is the staff/management. Yuvanesh is a delightful owner and host who provided a warm welcome and lots of useful information and help in booking onward travel etc. I highly recommend Oceanside.

Spent 1 night at Oceanside Hotel, which was a great experience. Excellent location and cleanliness for a fair price. The host and staff are providing a 5 ***** service, very attentive to each request and particularly helpful to plan and give more details about the activities of the region. Would warmly recommend this establishment to discover Mahabalipuram in the best settings.

This budget hotel turned out to much more than I was expecting. The rooms were really well kept, super neat and clean. Bathrooms were sparkling, and so was everything else in the room. We booked this at last minute, just before heading to Chennai from Delhi, without checking much about the hotel but found this hidden gem. Though it is just a few meters from the beach, the rooms do not offer a beach view. The staff is very friendly, especially the hotel manager who gave us a lot of helpful tips on how to go about sightseeing in Mahabalipuram , which routes to follow, where to eat/drink, which beaches to visit etc. We got a very warm welcome ***** with a duly fulfilled request of an early check in, without any hassle. We were even upgraded to a better room. It was all done seamlessly and we really felt welcome here. Though the hotel doesn't have an in-house restaurant but the street is full of nice eateries and cafes, just a 1 min walk from the hotel.

This feedback is based on my family trip to Mahabalipuram and stay at Oceanside hotel between 27/Dec/21 to 30/Dec/21. I booked two AC Queen bedrooms. My overall experience is definitely excellent. But I wanted to be more specific in my feedback! Hence, few points on why I felt my stay in this hotel was so great! 1. Rooms: We stayed in two adjacent AC Queen bedrooms on the 1st floor of the hotel. Both the rooms were very clean; everything was in the right order. Very comfortable stay! 2. Cleanliness of Bathrooms: (deliberately making this as a separate point!) To be honest, I am a bit skeptical about the cleanliness and hygiene of the bathrooms. But I must confess, the hotel bathrooms were so well maintained, which was beyond my expectations. 3. Hotel staff: A very important point, the staff members in the hotel are extremely courteous and friendly. Especially the owner (Yuvanesh) is so helpful, caring – always ready to assist. A perfect gentleman! 4. The Beach: From the back gate of the Hotel, the Beach is literally 1-2 mins of walk (~100-150 meters)! It is indeed that close!! 5. Car Parking: I drove from Bangalore to Mahabalipuram. There are many hotels that do not have their own car parking, and hence tourists staying in those hotels have to park cars on roadsides, which may not be a good / safe option. This hotel has its own secured parking space, which is definitely a plus! 6. Room accessories: Rooms are quite well decorated. Few essential accessories are also available, such as - Electric kettle, free Wi-Fi, Fridge access in the common area, Cutlery set for dining on request, availability of 24 hours hot water etc. etc. 7. Location: All the tourists’ spots (Shore temple, Lighthouse, Krishna butter ball stone etc. etc.) are all within walking distance from the hotel. Though I took a local Auto for a half-day trip covering those spots. 8. Food junctions: There are plenty of restaurants all around the places, within 50 to 500 meters range. The tariff offered by the hotel was very decent and it was definitely a value for the money!! I would surely recommend this hotel, especially for a family stay. I would suggest calling the hotel owner (Yuvanesh) before you book, so he can recommend / arrange rooms as per your requirement.

We have chose this guest house according to the rating on the booking platform and we were not disappointed. The guesthouse is ideally located: 3 minutes from the beach and in a quiet street close to restaurants, temples and main road. The gest house is modern, clean and the rooms are of sufficient size with all the expected comfort. Special mention for the manager, Yuvanesh, who is incredibly kind, considerate and professional. I recommend without reservation

Stay was wonderful. All of the family members who stayed appreciated the hospitality and cleanliness. Yuvanesh coordinated well and ensured every guest were personally checked after checking in. Overall it was a great experience staying at Oceans.
