Great hotel for this price. Convenient location, 2 min walk from the railway station and tram station. Clean and big room. Good equipped with small kitchen.

Belle situation par rapport à la gare mais compliquée quand on arrive en voiture. J'avais compris qu'il y avait un parking, mais ce dernier est payant et sur réservation. Dommage. A l'acceuil, le personnel ne donnait pas l'air de bien maîtriser les réservations via ce site, après m'avoir fait payer la taxe de séjour, il voulait me faire payer les petits déjeuners. Mais pour moi ils étaient compris dans le prix. En présentant la réservation j'ai fait valoir cette situation. La chambre, tip top, seul petite chose qui pourrait être améliorée, la douche. La position du support de douche était mal disposé à mon avis et l'eau allait trop lion dans la salle de bain.

hôtel qui est contre la voie de tram. Du coup partir de 5h vous êtes réveillé par le bruit de leur passage tous les 10/15 minutes. Infernal, on comprend pourquoi il y a dans la chambre des bouchons d'oreille mis disposition par l'hôtel. Le parking est payant (7,50€)pas pratique(dépose minute de la gare à coté).problème des hotel de centre ville ou il n'y a rien à proximité (sauf le payant) pour ces raisons à éviter.

The apar**ents are located right along the train tracks and so the rooms are very noisy and small. Bed is very narrow, pretty uncomfortable and the pillow is small and too soft. Reception staff is competent so check in and check out was fast and efficient. Breakfast was expensive and with very few choices. Hotel was reasonably clean but the rooms are not cleaned every day. The asking price was very high and so value for money was low. I would recomend it only if there is no room anywhere else. We were there during the 24hr Le mans race so maybe the price was high because of that event. Location is good, it is 10 minutes walking distance from the town center.

Very convenient location. Everything is within a short walk or taxi ride. Rooms are ample, clean and comfortable. Great Staff

Would definitely stay here again. Although the hotel was pretty noisy (ear plugs provided so they know), it was still a good stay. Good walk to the old city, car parking was cheap and easy with clear instructions.

Very difficult to find. Sits in behind the Le Mans train station. No signs to direct you. Parking is at station then you walk across the tracks to hotel. Air conditioning was broken, but we were not informed of this. They had floor fans inside. Old carpeting and room smelled of cigarettes. Not much in the way of dining in the neighborhood. Was told they could do pizza for us (?) Walked to a family pizza shop with wonderful food. Best part of our stay. Thank goodness we were only there for one night.
