Beautiful hotel and beach club area. Friendly staff. Ocean/beach front could be kept cleaner for guests. So much sea**** that Beach was unaccessible. Guacamole and Ceviche were great. Loungers comfortable and clean.

The hotel is really fresh and pretty and the staff was really friendly. Its location is also great and they take really good care of the beach. The beach club is beautiful and the restaurant has really good food. The staff was really friendly too. The only down side is that the rooms are a bit bunker-like and they are somewhat noisy. Other than that, it is probably the best place to stay at in Mahahual.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, and easily some of the best food we had on our trip to Riviera and Costa Maya. (Fyi, they're working on an elevator, so if you have affiliated disabilities, make sure to let them know.)

Great views from the sky level, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Only thing I didn't like was having to wear the stupid bracelet like a toddler to get into beach area. Seems like you should be able to just show your hotel key. Speaking of which, it certainly could be smaller. It's tied to a 4x3 slab of wood with your room number on it. So if you do manage to lose it, it will be easy to access your room 😳

This property is definitely in the TOP of hotels in the Mahahual area! We had a room with a large terrace, with a partial ocean view. The room was very clean and comfortable. The entire experience, from checking in with Yenny, the friendly property manager, to having a delicious omelet breakfast, with cappuccino, in the attached restaurant, far exceeded our expectations. The property is beautifully designed, and decorated. The location is just 5 minute walk to Amigos Del Mar Dive shop, which was a perfect location for our group. I should also add that the shower had excellent pressure, and hot water. There is no elevator, but the manager was quick to offer an assistant to help us carry our luggage up to our rooms. Overall this was an amazing experience, and we will be back!

My family and I stayed here for three night and we were very happy and satisfied with the hotel. First of all the personnel there were super friendly, specially Maria at the front desk. Second the beach club in front of the hotel offer the best food at very reasonable prices and third the room were very clean! Honestly it exceeded our expectations by far!!

A real Charming Hotel in the splendid Caribbean atmosphere of Mahahual! Beautiful, spotless, and design rooms, with mini-bar and coffee set. Fabulous reception staff and excellent collaboration with the Malecón 21 Restaurant and the beach!.

Nice Hotel. No elevator, room was on the 5 floor. No one to help with luggage. Very slow with communication. Grounds were lovely.

Staff was great and always ready to assist and answer questions.
