We were not able to stay in the hostel because when we arrived, the receptionist informed that the room had electricity problem and they could not accommodate us. We were not even informed before hand. It was a stressful experience especially for someone who just came from a 24-hr flight.

首先，我很感謝攜程能夠讓我在異國他鄉尋找到一個價格合適，住🉐舒心的酒店，這裡是無法乘坐出租車直達的地方，需要步行2-3分鐘，酒店房間很大，有陽台，2人住完全夠用，房間有冰箱，有微波爐，WiFi信號非常棒，空調的製冷效果也很好，就説噪音有點偏大（畢竟是老式空調）這裏住宿很安靜，下面的服務人員也非常的熱情，我不懂英文，但是他們的一顰一笑給我的感覺就像自己在老家遇到的相鄰們，親切而温暖。我在這裏住了今天是第4個夜晚，我按耐不住自己內心的激動，這下這份真實的評價，希望在菲律賓的你們看到能夠給你們帶來幫助。也希望在國內的你們，有機會可以來菲律賓旅遊度假，這裏的人熱情好客，我在這裏2年，菲律賓人就跟中國人一樣，陽光，健談，活潑，熱情。感謝你的閲讀！！！

酒店在城中村，衹是離BGC很近

🌟🌟🌟This hotel is the best branch so far as we’ve been to a few RedDoorz hotels this year. Complete amenities (cabinet, microwave, fridge, kettle, utensils, toiletries) friendly staff and my request like room with balcony was provided on top of it being squeaky clean. The only minor concerns we had was the location at first, if you don’t know the area and you assumed it’s near BGC it’s not, the taxi dropped us off quite far due to the road construction. But then we found out that, there’s a commute from Guadalupe MRT to J.P. Rizal highway taking Pateros-bound jeepney. We’re not able to access Netflix movies via smartTV as there’s a limit to the account and also the hot shower is way too hot and low water flow. But after all, it’s an awesome 👏👏👏 experience thus recommending for couples who just want a quick and quiet escape from household routine or generally for tourists/guests who want reasonable rates and comfortable perks. The room was clean and good enough for an overnight stay, it has the basic amenities. I only have a comment to the male receptionist and the attendant the night. I booked a room with queen size bed but the receptionist was insisting a room with 2 single beds and even ask me "Hindi nyo ba kayA maghiwalay Ng higaan sir?" Which I totally find annoying. 2nd, the remote control was really hard to press. I'm not as critical about it because I have a phone to watch anyway but I tried it to make sure that it is functioning properly as I don't want them to charge it to us in the end so I go down to ask them to replace it with a well functioning remote control. Both staffs during that night seem don't want to be disturbed while watching something on to their phone. They make face and make me feel that they are not willing to assist me. Morning staff was better though.
