母は部屋に感激していました。すべてが完璧でした！快適で簡単なセルフチェックインです。チェックインとチェックアウトのプロセスには時間がかかりますが、早めに済ませれば整理できます。レンタカーでマラッカを旅行したい家族旅行に最適な場所です！🫶

1. チェックインの手続きがとても面倒です。到着直前ではなく、前日にフォームに記入してグループに追加するよう通知すべきでした。アクセスカードのメールボックスのピンを取得するだけで45分以上かかります。 2. ベッドフレームを高くするか、カーテンをフルレングスにしてください。カーテンはほこりっぽく、横になると基本的にカーテン越しに外が見えます。ベッドに横たわったときの眺め。雷が鳴っている間は目が痛くなります。 3. 真夜中に大雨が降り、マスターベッドルームに水が入りました。ベッドと壁が濡れています🙄マットレスをリビングに移動しました🤦🏻♀️ 4. 共用トイレは臭いが強く、非常に強いペッド臭があります。クリーナーが洗剤で洗われているのか、トイレットペーパーがびしょ濡れになるまであちこちに水を吹きかけているだけなのかはわかりません🤨

全体的に、滞在は快適で、アメニティも充実していました。しかし、家の中でゴキブリに遭遇したので心配でした。この問題に対処すれば、今後のゲストの体験が大幅に改善されるでしょう。

Quite a distance from Jonker Street and A Famosa, but very clean homestay to fit six adults perfectly in two rooms. The smart TV has YouTube too to kill time, swimming pool is not very clean. Overall a pleasant stay if you looking for a basic stay in Melaka.

The accommodation is new, well-equipped, and clean. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the water dispenser offering hot and room-temperature water, and the provision of extra trash bags. Overall, I had a great and enjoyable stay. However, there were a few downsides. Firstly, guests are required to contact the owner in advance for check-in details. Neither the owner nor I initiated contact, leaving me unprepared upon arrival. When I reached the apartment at 8 PM, tired from travel, I panicked as the agent's office near the drop-off area informed me they did not service this particular rental unit. The service staff was kind enough to assist by calling the number listed on the Trip.com app (+60 16-699 6688), but the calls went unanswered. After several unsuccessful attempts on WhatsApp, I was fortunate to find another contact number (+60 19-668 8335) in a related email. Through WhatsApp, I finally reached someone who provided the check-in details, and we managed to check in close to 10 PM. I hope through sharing this review could help better others on their check-in process and not experience what i had gone through. Another drawback is the gym and game room facilities, which require booking through an app likely intended for condominium residents. Additionally, there are no eateries within walking distance—the nearest options are a 5-minute drive to the D'Tank Paradise Foodcourt, which offers a good variety of food choices. Despite these challenges, the quality of the accommodation itself made the stay pleasant..

Good experience. The apartment was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. Close to all activities if you have a car. Easy check in and check out. Hassle free. A comfortable stay.

The check in processes is smooth, the room is clean and big the best part is the view. The seaview from the room is so nice. Very comfortable and complete with furnishings. Highly recommend and will come again to check in here

Good location and service, have prepared pdf check in procedure for customer reference is easy and convenient.

Great place and good value.

All is well except the lift. It was rush hour where many checking out and lifts are filled with people and luggages but the management didn’t bother to let guests use the service lifts and the cleaners actually deny guests to use by staying in there and holding it.

Happy trip , and room is clean and nice . Provided water filters so no need to buy drinking water

It's located on reclaimed land and it looks like work is still in progress. You get a view of the sea, but there is no beach. It also feels a little isolated. The registration process is all done via WhatsApp and security guards, so there is no personal touch there. The 2 roomed apt was small. Fits 2 twin beds with not much room to manoeuvre. The kitchen area was ok. Water dispenser, fridge, electric cooker and utensils.
