Good location, many grocery and restaurants around

Room was nice an spacious and clean. But hallway and exterior and shared facilities need renovation but overall the room was very comfortable and clean.

This should be a last option $69 room based on the condition of the hotel. The actual rate we had to pay was $400 - what a rip off! Patched unpainted hole in bathroom wall - lots of grout missing on bathroom tile floor. One of the emergency exits doors blocked by snow and ice. Old - tired - pool and hot tub shut down for repairs. Can buy a bottle of water on the premise. Purely survives based on supply and demand.

Not really one to write a bad review, but we were given our room key and we were getting ready to open the door and someone from inside opened the door. It was very weird and awkward. My husband had to go down and let the front desk know. They didn’t even know why someone was in that room. The room itself was very outdated. Then we were woken up at 7:30 am by the housekeeper trying to go in our room to clean it. Overall, it was not a fun stay

The Facility is run down the carpet was dirty the noise in the room and vibration was so bad we had to change rooms. The breakfast was not organized at all over $700 for two nights was tuff to swallow for this place

Super run down, zero maintenance. Came for indoor pool to keep kids busy. Only to find out that it was not heated. Message said they need boiler part. Wonder if it was there for weeks… broken tile everywhere. Orange cones inside to warn of trip hazards. Exposed molded and rotten studs. Dirty aged carpet from 70’s , then water leak in the hallway all the way down to the second floor. Good location, but Bishop is a better option if you don’t want to leave a small fortune in Mammoth .

The staff was friendly. We stayed for 9 days and for two days the hotel skipped our cleaning service because of short staff, when we addressed the issue, the manager came and changed our linens and towels himself. So overall I would say good experience
