We couldn’t find many reviews on this hotel so were a little nervous of what to expect. On arrival we were immediately struck by the cleanliness of the hotel. It is spotlessly clean and the staff work extremely hard to maintain this standard. Food always fresh but a little repetitive. More choice of hot food for evening meal would be good but we all ate well and didn’t go hungry. Lobby bar staff were friendly and attentive and showed a great interest in where we were from and were kind to the children. Reception staff were very helpful and conversed well in English. I was surprised how little English Guest relations could speak though given their job role. Rooms clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked well. Balcony clean, with adequate space and beautiful view. (Superior room with pool view) A special thank you to Hassan at the pool area. Always showed concern for the children, ensuring we had an umbrella for shade and really helpful, asking for nothing in return. The spa staff were kind and helpful. The lady on spa reception had excellent English and was very welcoming and particularly caring to our children. The hotel has a very relaxed vibe which we liked. The restaurant although busy always had clean tables available and staff constantly trying to keep everything flowing and tables cleaned promptly. I wouldn’t make booking the Al cartes on offer a priority. You often get the same foods at main restaurant but you do get a more relaxed, personal waiter service. They were nice apart from the Turkish restaurant which we thought was disgusting 🙈. The BBQ was enjoyable but not what we expected for a BBQ. Overall an excellent hotel. We had a lovely holiday. British holiday makers are in the minority here but it didn’t have a negative impact on our experience. They cater well for people from the UK so no idea why it isn’t more popular with the Brits. An enjoyable holiday for us all and we had it for a reasonable price for this years prices!
