ヴィラタイプの滞在。 移動はバギーで連れて行ってもらえます。 とにかくロビーの景観は圧巻ですし、 インフィニティプールでのひとときは時間を忘れられます。 ジップラインやアヒル、魚への餌やり アクティビティルームなど 時間を気にせず気の向くままにゆっくりと楽しむことができました。 ロビーマネージャーのRebitaは素晴らしかったです。 各エリアにサービスを任されたマネージャーがいて、誇りを持って働く彼らの姿はとても心地が良いです。 ここから見た景色は忘れません。 ありがとう。 どうかこれからも続けてください。

I n my family had an amazing experience. Everything was perfect - our interaction with hotel staff, their services and courtesy - all professional. We enjoyed that resort had stuck as close to nature as possible.Weather was perfect. Resort was fascinating. Ultimate was the villa we got. I n my family can count this one as our favourite trip so far.Special thanks to GM Mr Vikas for all his hospitality

Taj Madikeri (Coorg) is by far the best Taj experience we have had as a family. We stayed at Taj Madikeri for three nights in November 2023 and we can’t wait to come back next year for at-least a week. Excellent service is a baseline expectation for experienced ‘Taj hoppers’, and Taj Madikeri staff are not only chosen well but it appears they are trained to perfection. We received a warm welcome on our arrival by Gloria, Ginil, Sujitha and Vinay (who also assisted us with meticulously tailoring our local travel plans). Ashish, Ricky and Chef Amandeep went above and beyond towards meeting our dietary requirements, as well as ensuring that our needs as a young family with two under 5 yos were met with a smile. It was lovely of Taj Madikeri’s General Manager Vikas Kumar to drop-in to say hello. Vinitha was wonderful with our kids in the children’s creche and we noticed in general how happy all of the employees are, with many having worked here for many years. This gives a good feeling of Taj Madikeri giving back to the community, and helping the local community to thrive. We were accommodated in premium villa, and the view from our room was breathtaking (see attached picture). We loved the fact that we were in the middle of a jungle, yet being able to avail luxuries and quality furnishings, and not piled on top of each other in yet another (and stale) 5 star experience. Big thanks to housekeeping staff, Sonu (and led by Arun) who carefully decorated our villa to honor two birthdays which we celebrated during our stay. A piece of heaven on earth, this property and its people, is a must visit for anyone who can spare a few days, or I rather say, someone in need of recuperation in the lap of Mother Nature.

All this needs to be mentioned at a “taj” resort - extra bed was left untouched by housekeeping staff - my friends room’s door was open when we reached in the evening ( housekeeping people did not lock it ) - it took 30 mins and 3 reminders for the front desk people to send the room key when our key malfunctioned - umbrellas was never kept at the umbrella stand during our stay - buggy driver refused to give his umbrella to my wife and kids when it was raining. That too when he had 2 of them Kaushik at the dining area was exceptional in his service. Keep up the good work. And the property manager needs to learn from him

When we entered the lobby itself we felt that it was a level above all other resorts we have ever visited. The staff were so exuberant and made us feel so comfortable. They have battery operated vehicles to help us transit within the resort premises. The room was very spacious and was designed based on Kodagu architecture. It housed a spectacular view of the 180 acres of Rainforest in which the resort is perched on top. The breakfast spread had so many variety of dishes and every dish was delicious and they also provided us with a menu card from which we can order any dish which was included in the breakfast tariff itself. The staff were so responsive and were ready to help us in every way possible. The infinity pool was temperature controlled and crystal clean. Also do not miss the Rainforest walk. It was very informative. Overall we conclude that it was a once in a lifetime experience and worth every penny spent. Take a bow team Taj Madikeri!

The moment i stepped into the hotel porch I was greeted with the most magnificent view that instantly made me realise I’m going to really like it here 😀 The rooms here are suberb with a spectacular view and the hospitality is fantastic. There are many activities that the resort organises for guests and i loved taking part in the walking trails.

The property is awesome! Amazing view!!!Food was great! The only downside was a slightly limited food menu and the time taken for serving food was not satisfactory. Service was not up to the Taj standards. We had taken all meals inclusive plan but we got to know there that room service was not included in that. We could not order food in room at any time. It was a bit disappointing. Not expected in a Taj property. Breakfast spread was very good though....Best to take only Breakfast n 1 meal including plan.

Great stay, great service, one of the best resorts by IHCL. The team pays attention to the tiniest details and request. Loved the guided rainforest walk. Elder friendly and child friendly destination. Will definitely plan an annual visit here.

Kudos to chef Raja and Manash who made our stay very comfortable. Special mention to Mithun who operated the buggy. Service was top notch. Thank you, Taj, you never disappoint. Will look forward to visiting again. Loved every moment of it. Thanks, again.

The Madikeri resort is notable for its greenery and its pristine views. The views from our room (103) and from the restaurant (all-day dining) is stunning. The Grills restaurant was excellent, though the prices are steep (grilled brocolli for Rs. 1,000+) and the vegetarian options are limited. The all-day dining does a great job of breakfast, and the Chef was more than willing to rustle us some homely food (bisi bele and avial), which were not in the menu, for lunch. But one has come to expect that from the Taj. It would be nice to have a sit-out in the rooms, but I admit that is now hard to do. All in all, a great resort to chill!

Had a very comfortable and relaxed stay at the resort.The taj hospitality and service with a smile and especially effort taken by front desk manager Ms Rebita to make our stay memorable as the room which was allocated to us had an AC problem and she alloted us a premium villa which was very nice and spacious.She made sure that our stay was comfortable. Also Prem and Saksham at the restaurant took very good care of us at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Overall enjoyed the stay very much and kudos to taj hospitality

Food was awesome , baggi available everywhere to travel, hospitality at its best, no bothering of theft. Wonderful experiences of natural sounds

We were staying in Marriott Coorg and went over Taj Coorg for lunch. When we reached there 2 km before the main taj there is one security gate. He asked if we have reservation and we said no then he said you can’t enter it. Despite so much request he didn’t give permission to enter and even after speaking to restaurant Manager Krishna and agreed to pay cover charges of 4000, his insistence to pay then and there before security was unheard inspite of our telling that we are your loyalty members and from Mumbai, this is not Taj Hospitality known to us for 40 years, we had to come back Hungry after travelling 40 kms from Marriott Coorg

This is a late review. We had travelled with our infant in October,2023.What a fantastic experience all round at Taj Madikeri...massive rooms and bathrooms with such a classic wooden feel...stunning property and views...great Spa experience...excellent touch with an indoor kid play area presided by a friendly staff...yummy food..stunning pool...fish and duck feeding..and more...the reception outside zone is serene...but what takes the cake here is the warm, incredibly courteous staff all around who made our stay so comfortable and memorable, with special attention given to our kid and all our requests taken care of. Special mention to Tressila at reception, Janak,Harshitha,Ricky,Akhil,Punita in the play area,Gowtham at the grill,Krithik our Dosa man,Sonu from room service,Ronak,Prem,Laxita and Ram at the entrance. May have missed more names but you get the gist. Will be visiting again in the future surely. Thank you and all the best!
