Great location on the marina, close to restaurants and cafes. Room is very dated and basic, staff don’t know the area well and can’t recommend places to go.

Arrived a bit later than expected but check in smoothly. Room is big and clean, with a bit view, Nice to walk on broad walk on the other entrance.

When I booked the room I first asked for an accessible room (none available). Advised other room is accessible though. There was lots of room which was good. I did mention when looking at bed that it was very high, we dropped out bags and went out for the afternoon. I am in a wheelchair needing 24/7 oxygen My husband set up oxygen, there was no way I could get on the bed it was way too high. I ended up getting very upset wrecking the one night we’ve been away in a long time. I tried sleeping on the lounge but couldn’t as everything ached. I was even more upset and we decided we go home or we wouldn’t get any sleep. The receptionist was very nice to me and told me there was an accessible room available, firstly that made me angry, but I kept it in developing a lot of anxiety and I broke down. The accessible room still had the very high bed. My husband went to get the car and we were helped out.  I would like a refund of some sort please as room was not suitable and I had to drive home.i had already taken my night medication which makes you sleepy so I really shouldn’t of driven but I had no choice.  Please have some compassion  Denise Esslemont

We stayed here for the first time. The room was nice and clean. However, the allocated room appears to be just above the goods receiving area of the hotel. A delivery truck with a noisy refrigerator could be heard. After a while, I enquired about it with reception to advise when the truck would be leaving. I never got a call back. Eventually the truck left after about half an hour.

A very nice, modern and clean hotel. Great location and spacious rooms. Only thing that would be an improvement would be if they opened the restaurant for lunch and dinner, not just for the breakfast service. Would stay again.

Great Hotel, prefect for friends trip when you don't want to share rooms. The best in Mandurah for hotels. 1) No slippers in the room so bring your own cos the floor can be cold! 2) Gym is pretty small so only basic stuff 3) Coffee downstairs is meh... so walk outside to Todds. 4) Staff are awesome

Great hotel! Rooms were brilliant & staff at counter couldn’t be more helpful. I’ll be back many times as location is awesome & hotel was comfy/clean.

Peaceful surrounding

The view from our rooms is beautiful and peaceful. We saw dolphins from our room.
