Water was leaking and they didn’t fix for 3 days! Had to ask multiple times. AC not working properly Food options were generic, should provide options with local cuisine.

Hotel is nicely located and service is too good.. very Hygienicaly maintained hotel.. it was a good stay all together.

The place is great and felt like home. The staff were courteous. Special mention about Mr Abhishekam and Ms Swarna who were so warm and their hospitality is real ITC class. The house keeping is excellent! Thank you Ginger! Thank you Abhishekam & Swarna!

Not a luxury one but..... budget friendly hotel with basic aminities. ..... Service also good and good .hospitality .... by shreeja very polite..... ,..........................................................................

Excellent service. Hassle free check-in This is the second time that I had choosen ginger ***galore Sreeja is very cooperative and did all the arrangements as per the schedule. Hope when I come again to ***galore I can prefer the same hotel.

Great ambience, had a great and comfortable stay with my family, the staff was highly professional especially Mr Abhishek at the front office was very helpful in over all the things , it's a highly recommended hotel to stay especially if your coming with you family

Greate services provided by front office staff mainly Mr Abhishek. Room was good and I stayed for a month . Food was also good . Felt like staying in home . Definitely recommend ginger hotel worth of stay and Restaurant food was also was very tasty

The ginger hotel is very good and Only beach is little far from city. Nearby to this hotel there is a small food court kind of place has variety of Arabian foods which is really delicious. Room which we stay in executive suite which is very big and spacious. Bathroom also very big and clean room. Friendly staff mainly Mr Abhishek who’s having good physique and very attractive in from office and ms Shreeja from front office

We stayed at the Ginger Hotel, ***galore from 30 December 2023 to 16 January 2024 and found the hotel comfortable, welcoming and well-located. Our third floor room had been refurbished recently and felt modern, airy and spacious. The double bed was comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. Housekeeping were thorough and the hotel staff, in particular the two ladies who worked in the restaurant, were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet included a decent selection of freshly cooked food. Initially, I had some problems with wifi bandwidth but the Hotel ***ager very kindly arranged for a dongle, which solved the problem. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit family in ***galore.
