Stay was very pleasant. Amazing rooms with good city view. Easy access from the main road. No problem with the connectivity. Food quality was good. The service was great.

I came to ginger manglore with my friends and staff was very helpful mainly Mr Abhisek from front office he was very kind attend me very quickly and the housekeeping Hassan was also very fast to give request requirement and security team mr Rahul was also very helpful to bring luggage I was very happy with ginger the way they given services

Do not book this hotel and waste your money like we did. Learnt it the hard way. The only decent thing about it is that it is near to railway station. It is a completely rundown hotel. We unfortunately booked the hotel by seeing other reviews, but we ran out of the hotel just 15 minutes after checking in. We had booked the junior suite and the room was very small and nothing like a suite. The sofa did not have sponges in them and we could almost feel the wooden structure underneath us. They had just sprayed the room with hit so there were dead cockroaches all over the room corners and underneath the tables. I am sure if we had stayed the night, we would have seen alive cockroaches as well. The corridors outside the rooms are dingy with no light and dirty and smelly. Just outside our room was a laundry room where the cleaners sat and ate and slept openly (Yes we saw all this in the 15 minutes we were there) and there were dirty beds kept outside on corridors. This place is not value for money in any sense. We lost our money but you guys don't. Learn from us and do not book this place. There are lot of good options in Mangalore.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff!! Lot of small things add up to the best imaginable hotel stay. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed staying here friendly staff, clean rooms. The staff were helpful from the time I check in and check out. I would like to thank the staff Mr. Uday shetty whose hospitality was at its best! I would recommend everyone to visit!!

Location of the Hotel is very Pathetic. Terrible Smell of Fish and other sea mammals giving its very close location to OLD PORT. Services were NICE. Staff are extremely Courtious 10/10 to them. Staff were very Pleasant in their services at the restaurant. Food needs a massive change. Idlis were Horrible. Sambaar was pathetic. No Taste at all. very watery. Oranges were not fresh and juicy. Chefs needs more training. Rooms were clean. General Manager of the Hotel should visit the Guests during the Breakfast time and talk to us to get a feedback. He cant sit in a AC chamber and relax. Fitness centre needs a major revamp and restructuring. It's very small and congested.

Excellent property away from all the noise. It offers the best to family to friends who are on a weekend getaway. Nice resorts amidst the greenery of your choice. Neat wooden deluxe amenities, a nice fit to your pocket. Young and Children-friendly, you can find all that play and fun. Good food and service, with professional staff. Except this property is a bit far from the beaches of Mangalore.
