Rooms are well equip' with hair dryer, kettle and fridge.. Rooms are fresh & spotless! Hotel is spotless too.. Nice variation of lighting.. Good sized balcony...(compared to some 5star hotels!) Great/powerful shower.. I stayed out of season so the hotel was quiet... My room was in the front...3rd floor.. Hotel is on the main road but not a problem once the balcony door is closed... Breakfast is standard Turkish breakfast...nothing fancy but sufficient to be fair! Some of the lads/staff need to crack a smile now and then...😊 Really chatty helpful guy named Tunc' is about reception area, if needs be!

We have just got back from a 10 day holiday at this lovely hotel, the hotel is spotless and very clean the food can be a bit hit and miss but we always found something to eat. The hotel has an outside bar area with some amazing staff Jimmy , Alex ad smiler ( wee man )can’t do enough for you and always have a smile on their faces when they see you like all the staff they work hard to make sure you have a wonderful holiday

Me & my partner first stayed at ADA Julian Marmaris in July 2023 and couldn’t fault it so decided to book again for June 2024. Unfortunately we were totally let down from the moment we set foot in the lobby. We arrived at around 2:15am on Sunday morning expecting to be checked in and settled in with no issues. Exchanged details to the member of staff at reception to be told, very rudely that they had no record of our booking on their system and demanded to see our booking confirmation. After back and forth for 10 minutes, the member of staff called my partner back into an office to speak with the manager. 30 or so minutes passed & I went back to find him with the manager who again was saying there was no record of our booking and that easyJet hadn’t forwarded the confirmation to them. The manager was claiming there were no rooms available for us, they were fully booked until the middle of the week and they couldn’t fit us in. A lot more back and forth with the manager he managed to find us a room but it wouldn’t be available til after 3pm Sunday (it was now 3am) so we were questioning where we were supposed to be staying. The First Gentleman we spoke to at reception did manage to find us a room at a neighbouring hotel and told us to come back to Ada Julian first thing in the morning to collect our all inclusive wristbands so we could have breakfast and spend the day at the pool, we did appreciate the effort but it shouldn’t of been necessary in the first place. We did eventually get checked in on the Sunday at 3pm but it wasn’t the original room we had booked for. Unfortunately it didn’t improve by much due to all the changes that had been made since we had first visited. No indoor air conditioned bar area with ping pong table and games scattered about. Its been replaced by a Popeyes kitchen which you get smells of the fryers coming through. The atmosphere had completely changed, couldn’t sit outside of the restaurant to eat meals due to an awful smell from the road and the amount of people smoking. Food was okay, not as nice as previous visit and neither were the cocktails. Serious issue with people reserving sunbeds during the night and having to get up at 7am just to go down to try and get one otherwise it wasn’t possible. It just didn’t feel like the 4 star hotel we had stayed at less than a year before. We were left feeling disappointed and will not be returning to Marmaris for this reason. Such a shame.

No WiFi. Rude staff. They don't clean te rooms. After 3 days change new towels. Though I had the sign to clean my room didn't see itseems. Small pool at the back. Just enough for 5 people. Shower head hangs promised to repair bu try didn't. No hot water. The who says he is the manager was shouting the receptionist shouting when asked about WiFi. At first it was full hotel no WiFi for all. Then it's my mobile then my laptop as others Ave Internet. Apparently it's not mandatory to give WiFi it's extra.. They don't know what they are selling and getting money out of customers. No hit water if you are lucky migt get some warm water. Good thing is beach just 5min walk and it's on the main road.
