Fantastic time again here 10 fabulous nights, rooms spotless food amazing cant fault anything this is are 2nd time here and I'm back I'm September and have just booked for next may, bar staff was fantastic, mehmet and bairam in the restaurant was fantastic and really looked after us every night I really can't fault anything overall its amazing and cant wait to be back thanks

We had a long stay at this hotel and were so impressed with the hotel facilities, location and friendly staff who could not of been more helpful. The room was clean and spacious and hotel had great amenities including a great gym and spa which included free use of sauna/steam room all very clean. The selection of food was perfect for us and cooked well. It is hard to find fault with our stay and appreciate all the efforts of staff and TUI reps who made us feel so comfortable and our stay enjoyable. We don’t often return to hotels but certainly would comeback

Brilliant hotel, amazing staff and great location. The staff can’t do enough. Great selection of food. The green and grill is perfect for a lunch time snack.Room is cleaned daily and fresh towels. Bayram was exceptional, he looked after us, never left us with an empty glass. 10/10 service. Really put a special touch to our holiday.

First time in Turkiye and amazing holiday at Grand Azur, we were worried about some of the reviews but they were laid to rest within hours of arriving! The staff to begin with, they cant do enough for you and that's everywhere in the hotel. The cleaners do not stop, the facilities are immaculate, the bar staff never let your drink run dry and the waiting staff in the restaurant are tending to you as soon as you sit down and the gardeners are always working. The food - You can eat 24/7 here and can't think where to start, apart from my extended waist line! The main restaurant has everything, meats, veggie, pastas, cheeses and breads, puddings galore, cakes and ice cream. The hot foods were served behind a glass partition but I didn't mind this as the food was always the freshest and the food on offer was awesome. The Levante Restaurant was lovely, had the prawns and steak and could not fault it. It was a bit breezy and colder due to being at the higher level with the doors open but the views were magnificicent. We did hear some complaints about the food being cold from another couple but certainly not what we experienced? Green grill at the swimming pool was lovely, fast food style with burgers, chicken wraps, salads etc during the day and a ice lolly / ice cream freezer to cool you down. Crepe station, various types of crepes, sugar, meat, cheese, veggie just incase you get peckish, I had a few....just to try them all! Grab n go section, selection of sandwiches, biscuits, water, juices, hot chocolate, coffee, fruit etc - great touch. Maybe a dish with some butter portions for the sandwiches would be a good touch as they can be dry as I understand they are catering for everyones needs. Cake station - wow, very nice for an afternoon coffee and cake Drinks - There are plenty of watering holes, you can get drinks at the Restaurants, the main bar, the pool, the beach bar and all serve local drinks on AI (Effes, Gilbey's Gin and Vodka) which you can ask for a takeaway cup if you want a tipple in the room, there is a local pink Gin but its not the best to be fair. There seemed to be a lack of diet juices for people with medical needs (No Tonic Zero or diet lemonade for example). A minor grumble was, if you want an imported drink or a decent cocktail, you have to pay 'a small fee' of around £7 which I felt a tad expensive for a small fee, I would pay for a premium package if there was such a thing! The suite rooms are huge, the bed is massive and very comfy, a walk in wardrobe and a huge shower room. There was an iron / Ironing board in this room, a safe, coffee making machine and kettle with teas and coffees, water replenished daily and juices on arrival. My only negative was the shower non slip mat could have been longer as the shower can be slippy when getting off the mat, we used the floor foot mat towel As per picture, but it obviously gets wet. Sun loungers are everywhere and lots of them, on the beach, the grounds, round the pool etc.

This hotel has the most lovely and friendly staff that they always find a way to help us. Special thanks to restaurant staff Mehmet Eşiyok and Ahmet Eşiyok. They offer the most delicious cuisine. We are grateful to Kıymet Hanım who cleaned our rooms meticulously everyday. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone and I’ll definitely come here again.

Beautiful hotel, nicest hotel I have stayed in in Marmaris and we’ve been 3 times. The hotel is absolutely spotless. The views from the a la carte restaurant were stunning The staff were amazing too, especially the barman Mustafa Tekinler, he went above and beyond for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The Spa was lovely too, Aysa was very professional and made us feel at ease, she also does a fantastic facial. Highly recommend this hotel, looking to come back very soon.

I just would like to say that I’ve had a 20 year neck and shoulder problem due to truck driving over the years been to so many doctors couldn’t get any relief from the stiffness of neck and shoulders I was advised to visit the sauna at this hotel wasn’t quite sure if it would work for me but i took a chance and paid £70 for a quick massage and didn’t realise what was entailed but after the first session i was told that i had to come back the next day for follow up i were feeling quite good already but after the follow up then i realised what a deep massage was with this little Thai women who had the strength of 5 men got to work on me and followed another session which they knew that i had a problem that needed to be dealt with so I paid reduced price for hot stone’s deep massage and after that I was completely healed from from my stiffness i could move my head and shoulders without any stiffness at all so i would say that the money i paid was worth every penny spent and also the staff were really special to all my needs and a special shout out to Sharif and all the staff made the facility as though i were in a medical trea**ent and free saunas every day until I left the establishment i would recommend this place to anyone who had problems as i had to really think about what I’m saying about this place No regrets at all because i feel great after so long suffering with this issue and thank you all for helping me

Just returned from 11 nights at this hotel and what can I say, on arrival check in was quick and easy staff polite and friendly, room was lovely clean and comfortable. Dining room was lovely nicely laid out, service of food was superb and choice unbelievable all well cooked and so much choice. Staff were attentive helpful and always smiling, so many to mention but Yusaf went out of his way to help us at every meal, he is a credit to the hotel as are all the staff. Evening entertainment was good although for us started a bit late but an earlier start would mean an earlier finish so I suppose it suited many guests, maybe just needs a wee bit more at night. Would I go back yes only thing putting a damper would be transfer time from airport. Thank you Grand Azur for a super holiday

Just arrived back from Grand Azure (our 3rd visit) and it did not fail us. Room allocated on the 3rd floor overlooking road. Not the best view but didn’t impact us as we don’t spend time on the balcony-just to dry swimwear. When doors shut hardly heard the traffic so not an issue. Everything clean as you would expect. The only issue would be for those travellers that have long length clothing as the wardrobes don't have capacity to accommodate but you can work around-heads up that’s all. Food amazing in the restaurant and staff excellent - consistently cleaning and topping up. Pool and grounds maintenance immaculate. Had a day on the jetty this was a lovely change and at a cost of £10 per person was it worth it? I am not sure about this one. Only used the Spa to shower and change before our trip home. This area too was spotlessly clean . To Sharon, Ruth and team keep up the good work lovely to see standards are consistently
