The staff at Mandarin is exceptional. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. The villas are like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Private pool and jacuzzi, outdoor/indoor living area and SPACIOUS interior. The food was also delicious at Shirvan, Pool Garden and especially Ling Ling. Staff standouts are Ahmed, Amine (butlers); Mohammed (bellman); Malik (server Shirvan)

Four years people had told me about the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakesh. Now I understand why it has received such praise. My villa was probably the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. The entire property is well appointed, and the staff are wonderful.

I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakesh. Although I stayed in many nice hotels before, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and the distinct Moroccan aesthetic. What really set this stay apart was the exceptional service, especially from my butler, Essaid. His attention to detail and readiness to assist with any request made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. I also had the pleasure of engaging in enriching conversations with Enzo, whose insights and company greatly enhanced my experience. The rooms were elegant and provided a peaceful retreat. I stayed at one of the Atlas suites, which are placed in the main building. I can highly recommend them, since they offer a breathtaking view over the resort and the mountains. I would highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

Simply an excellent hotel. Fantastic staff and service. We ate at all the restaurants and found them to be high end with first class menus and service Having travelled all over the world I would say this is my most favourite hotel. The Mandarin Pool rooms are exceptional.

The structure is wonderful, the customer experience exquisite and the food excellent. Personnel very thoughtful and professional, perfectly suitable for luxury hospitality, Relaxing but not boring. Blissful.

Just the Best hotel, Villa is extraordinary,.staff can't do enough every little thing is done or sorted from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Could offer more vegan options, would be great if they used some fake meat so you can get your protein. They did however come up with off menu options to help which was really appreciated just a shame they weren't already offered as standard.

The room furniture condition and cleanliness were a disappointment specially for the price we paid. When we checked in, I tried to sit on the chair and the arm was broken. I reported that to our butler, the chair was removed but never made it back during our 4 day stay. One of the toilet sinks were blocked. I called house keeping to fix it. We left the hotel for a day tour and when we came back 8 hours later it wasn't fixed. I called house keeping again then they immediately send someone to fix it. One ay we decided to use the outdoor sun bed and we noticed that a used tooth floss thrown on one of the beds. I didn't report it to house keeping just to see if they will notice it the next day but they didn't. It stayed until we checked out.

We recently enjoyed one of our best holiday experiences ever. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, truly setting a new standard in luxury. The resort and dining options were exceptional, surpassing the expectations of a 5-star rating with their outstanding quality. A special mention must go to our personal butler, Abdel, whose attention to detail and exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. We were so impressed that we are already planning our next visit to this resort with Abdel, not only returning with our friends but with the whole family. As loyal 'fans' of the Mandarin Oriental, we have stayed at a number of properties around the world, and can attest to the Mandarin Oriental, Marrakesh as the most incredible experience we have ever enjoyed. Upon arrival at the airport we were greeted by our representative and transferred to the property. The Mandarin recommended we purchase Fast Track and it was worth every penny! The warm welcome upon arrival and the unparalleled luxury of our villa (spectacular) was only surpassed by every staff member that we interacted with. Without exception!
