What a disappointment. We came all the way here for dinner, only to be turned away by a dismissive security guard who told us, « We have a private event tonight; you can’t get in. » This was incredibly frustrating, especially since we had a confirmed reservation. When we tried to call the restaurant multiple times for clarification, we were met with an unhelpful staff member who claimed that a cancellation email *should* have been sent, but we never received it. To make matters worse, she didn’t even bother to apologize. After a month of planning and looking forward to this dinner, the complete lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff left us feeling utterly disrespected

The premises are absolutely stunning, especially with the incredible array of extracurricular activities available, such as interacting with the beautiful horses owned by the hotel. The rooms are nothing short of exceptional, providing the perfect mix of comfort and elegance. The food too is outstanding each meal was a delight . What an amazing experience at La Terrasse Restaurant. the food was very very delicious , the stuff is very friendly and professional they were very caring about all the details, we met oumaima who’s working in the welcoming i guess and she was very kind , smiling all the time and she have a very good English accent she explained everything to us , we will come back for sure to the hotel specially for the brunch, my friend went to the spa and she really loved it, and they have a store also inside the hotel where you can buy good stuffs

We had lunch today 20/10/2024 in this hotel our driver with minibus was waiting for us in the parking, when we asked the reception they told us your driver is not here they charge us there own car to take us to our riad, was not nice what they did, they new that our driver is in the parking, He came at 16h15 the the receptions he asked for ass they told him waiting for us in the parking We didn't like it so sorry it was not professional.

I went there with my family, both for the pool and the Marocaine restaurant. (to watch the horse show) It surely was a night to remember. Big shoutout to Boubker, who helped us about everything, literally everything. He was ready to help at all times and with a big&sincere smile of course. He made us feel special. Entire staff was very friendly and professional. I have to mention, such an amazing atmosphere! Watching royal horses train, mevlevi dancer while having dinner with family was great. Food was good but not the best in Marrakech. But the total experience was amazing, thanks to Boubker and the show.

I had a horrible experience. The hotel air condition was not working and the hotel added charges to my account from another guest without my permission. They would not let me leave the hotel without paying. As you can imagine, I needed to make my flight and I paid. They allowed another guest to add charges to my account with a note (SeeImage). WTH. I didn't even know this until weeks after and many email. The charges were over $2k additionally charged. To date, I have not heard from the hotel or my money refunded.

Amazing on all fronts, stunning rooms, fantastic spa, gorgeous terrace , incredible interiors. The only thing to improve is perhaps its concierge service -- they dont always pick up the phone when you need thrm and are a bit hard to reach. other than this, we had a perfect stay !
