Very helpful staff. Breakfast was ok. Τhe room was not very spacious. However the bathroom was very spacious and we were also provided coffee capsules and a bottle of water for free, as a welcome. Generally good experience!

Precioso hotel que tiene todo lo necesario para que tu estancia sea fantástica. Tiene una piscina y restaurante en la última planta con vistas al mar. Comida muy rica. El desayuno del hotel es muy completo y está muy rico. Volvería más veces a este hotel.

Great hotel

Had reserved their top room but was given something less. It worked out okay as one of our party did not stay. Was given a refund of the difference of the cost of the rooms once I spoke with a manager. I would expect that to be the minimum in terms of service and they met that expectation. Nice clean rooms with air conditioning. Did not get to use any of their amenities. Ran out of toilet paper and could not find a spare, which is odd. Other than that, nice place.

The personnel is kind, helpful at any time. Any requests have been satisfied quickly.

We have stayed at this hotel before and always find it very clean and pleasant. sometimes when things go wrong they are not put right immediately as was the case this time there was a problem and it was not remedied. Rooms have a coffee maker and coffee is provided everyday. The breakfast is such good value for money, proper bacon proper sausages. This time our towels were quite tatty and maybe this was just an oversight. We would definitely return again. The bus stop is right outside and it is a 10-minute walk to the beach.

I was informed of the improvements to the balconies at the hotel,before our trip by the hotel ,which was very much appreciated,we were put into the apar**ent block opposite,the apar**ent was excellent,lovely balcony,across from hotel ,had everything for a relaxing break,the staff and breakfast at the hotel were fantastic,and looked having chilled drink at the bar ,before venturing out for tea,I am looking forward to returning,and I will ,and the improvements that were ongoing whilst me and my partner were there ,will only enhance a lovely hotel,with great staff and relaxed a**osphere,you can see there’s pride in how the hotel looks ,it’s a credit to all involved .

Terrible and traumatic stay at Cerviola Hotel in Marsaskala, dirty mouldy hotel, infested with bugs, beds not clean or changed, pillows moved to other side with sweat, blood and other dirt. Rooms leaking with water on the wall, floor and fridge, serious health and safety life risk, but when reported the owner laughs at you, then shouts and insults you. When second room received, someone already been there, after third key given, we had to clean the whole room as no housekeeping, given key to the laundry room. When we wanted to move to another hotel and requested the money back on the first day when a flooded room 111 given, the manager refused, and said you can go with no money. On third day the receptionist demanded more money and did not give us the room key when we returned from a trip, were kept waiting for an hour until they spoke to the organiser of the group, still no apology even the hotel made a mistake. Refused the VAT invoice at departure from the hotel, they gave us some point out with part of the money paid. Please avoid at any cost, this is not a hotel, with this abuse not even a hostel.

Staff were very helpful, room was comfortable and the buffet breakfast had a good selection of food which was all very tasty.
