This hotel is very good but my booking through trip.com was delayed due to the airline, also booked with trip.com, delaying the flight. I was not able to check into the hotel as planned and arrived for the second night that was booked but the hotel had given my room away as i had not checked in as scheduled. Neither the hotel nor trip.com had advised me of such.
I can not find how to get my refund from trip.com for the two nights accommodation i paid for but was not able to enjoy as a result of the delayed flight of NZ109. trip.com managed the flight change very well but the hotel debacle was very disappointing and stressful and i need these fees returned please.

Hotel was basic and functional for just a one night stay, however it is not that near to the city and would require some traveling time.
