Club Med Albion

Club Med Albion was such an amazing experience, and we were looked after from the minute we arrived with amazing hospitality, friendly and helpful GO’s, with a personalised experience right throughout our stay. We stayed in a sea facing interconnecting family room which overlooked the Zen pool and sea, which was beautiful. The food, with a different theme and selection every day really kept things interesting and coupled with the different dress themes and entertainment planned every day and night made each day a really cool, fun and exciting experience! My favourite night was the Mauritius themed evening ruth a live band, a “rum walk” tasting experience done to the beach and then a local beach party with dancing- what s vibe! A huge shout out to each and every GO at Albion, you are an amazing passionate team! From our Chef De village who greeted us every day, to the friendly staff at the bars at the zen pool like Sahil and Dylan , and main bar, you are all amazing! A shout out to the Trapese team including Gabi, nic , Nabeelah and Thai who got our entire family mastering the trapeze, catch and more! You are all amaxing! And your show on the white night was incredible! A shout out to Brundo who kept my teens entertained! You have so much energy and we loved dancing with you! They loved the games, the boombox with music, the activities and everything you did for them :) And then to the sports team , Jason and beach team, wow wow wow, you were all amazing! Caleb, thanks for the chats at dinner, your expert help on the paddle boards, snorkelling and for even doing the trapese with us - you rock! Stephanie , thanks for keeping us company at dinner a few nights , along with our friend from Senegal who kept us entertained too. And thanks to the friendly reception staff including Gary, Tina and the team, you were so helpful ! And to Rohan and our other friend who helped us with a million lifts on the golf carts daily, thank you! Always a smile and so friendly! Yet another extraordinary experience at Club Med... Venue is gorgeous, staff super amicable and food is excellent. I used to be really reluctant to all inc experiences, but Club Med proves me wrong every time as it is absolutely possible to live at your own rhythm (no clubbing for us, even if it is possible) . team went above and beyond to help us ! Special thanks and congratulations to the fabulous yoga teacher, to the bar next to the serenity pool for their cocktails and to the room team... It is even difficult to mention everybody as they were all great

The Club Med at La Plantation d’Albion probably represents at its best what Club Med’s success is about: putting customers at the heart of all attentions and mastering all aspects of hospitality management. Not to add that it’s in Mauritian’s people´s DNA to be friendly and welcoming. Starting with the Reception. Under the leadership of Trishi, the great Welcome & Hospitality team makes sure that you can just focus on what you are here for: relax, enjoy, recharge and have fun. A very special thanks to Julia V., Ousmane and Tal. On the accommodation side: junior suites with sea view are amazing and even if you are booked on a more standard room, you will enjoy a great cleaning service. To reach your room you will probably want to use a buggy transfer and it is super efficient (more than in other resorts perhaps also because the resort wasn’t full when I was there). Drivers are also all very kind and friendly. When time comes to eat there are several options. Overall the food is delicious, with lots of variety, fresh fish and meat everyday, lots of fruits etc. Much better than in other resorts of the same category. You may want to avoid Le Phare though the food’s quality and the view compensate for the extremely long waiting time be it for breakfast or dinner. A 30-minute waiting time for a plate of fresh fruits while the terrace is not full is not acceptable. On the sport activities : again it would be difficult not to find an activity to make it for a healthy day. A very special thanks to Hadj at the tennis, to Zub at the scuba diving and to Larissa at the yoga. Amine is not only present day & evening to convey a great atmosphere in the resort but also lead this amazing smiling sport team. In the evening you will attend great shows or special nights like the White night. Difficult to mention all GOs as they are all making sure that you enjoy your time. I will not forget Maeva and her colleagues at la Boutique and to keep the best for the end: Mehdi the Chef de Village, is extremely present and visible. No doubt that the success of the resort results from his special touch! Tips to make a greater experience : Play more recent music at the night club (depending on the DJ) Restaurant: often meat and fish are too raw. Serve fresh squeezed orange juice at Le Phare

Von Anfang an bis zum Ende von tollen Menschen umgeben, die alles gegeben haben unseren Urlaub schön, bequem, lecker und unvergesslich zu gestalten. Helia - wunderbare Mensch, immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie hat für uns unmögliche- möglich gemacht. Von ganzem Herzen DANKE. Ricardo - Sailing, snorkeling oder tanzen, auf ihn kann man immer zählen. Gute Laune und viel Spaß garantiert Josie, Vidhya/Le Phare, Abi danke für den guten Service im Restaurant Ravesh, Ganessen,Sahil, Ali und andere tolle Menschen/Bar Team, die für uns gesorgt haben Melanie, Laryssa, Caileb,Emanuel und Thibault für Sport, Yoga und Wasser Aktivitäten Hailey für deine positive Art Den Koch Havier für den persönlichen Service 🙏 Insbesondere für die Sauberkeit, abwechslungsreiches Essen, fantastische Shows -riesen Dank. Auch nach dem Zyklon, den wir miterlebt haben, das ganze Belegschaft hatte sich bemüht, dass am nächsten Tag alles normal funktioniert und alle Gäste den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen können. Was für Einsatz!!!!!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Es war ein Traumurlaub.

Ragazzi non scherziamo se cercate qualcosa di qualità e con un livello alto questa è la scelta migliore. Non ho visitato gli altri resort ma penso che questo sia uno dei migliori se non il migliore dell’isola a detta degli abitanti del posto. Sarete letteralmente coccolati da tutto il personale iniziando dai giardinieri a finire con il capo villaggio. Cibo di alta qualità e ogni sera ci sono eventi culinari e teatrali di alto livello. Il mare è stupendo con variazioni di turchese che terminano col blu. Se ci state ancora pensando non fatelo! Scegliete questo resort.

Bellissima struttura accompagnata da un servizio impeccabile. Siamo stati coccolati una settimana, riempiti di attenzioni e coccole, dal telo mare a disposizione in ogni momento fino ad arrivare ad un servizio bar e ristorante perfetto. La struttura molto bella, tenuta in modo impeccabile, è immersa in una specie di giardino botanico con piante e fiori di ogni specie. Le camere sono immerse nella natura e fantastiche al loro interno. Il servizio poi è impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto.

Resort pensado tanto para adultos como para niños. Perfecta ubicación y genial todos los equipos involucrados. Especial mención al equipo de Circo, tiro con arco, Teens Club, equipo de buceo, animadores de las fiestas nocturnas, Ricardo del equipo de Vela, equipo de restauración, etc...

Wij waren in een villa met een prachtige tuin en zwembad. Onze butler Jessie heeft ons echt verwend. Dit was een vakantie om niet te vergeten. Wij kwamen toe op 31/12 en kregen na het fantastische diner met kreeft en oesters, enz.. een geweldige drone show met daarna vuurwerk op het strand. Het was voor de 2de maal dat wij gingen. Eerste keer in een suite, nu in een villa. De mensen zijn zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig. Het resort is goed onderhouden en heel proper. Wij gaan trouwens terug in april 2023

A wonderful 10 day break at Club Med Albion. We particularly enjoyed the Zen pool and restaurant there - very good service with shout outs to : Jessica, Vidya, Cavilen, Josie and Viraj - they individually went out of their way every day we were there. Thank you!
