El hotel no está preparado para recibir familias con niños pequeños, fue complicado conseguir una cuna para bebe, y una silla de bebé en el restaurante. Lastimosamente no volverías no recomiendo el hotel a familias con niños

プレミアムなロケーションにあるバジェットホテルです。部屋はとても基本的ですが、十分なプライバシーとケーブルテレビがあるので、ホステルのように感じると思います。ホテルの隣にはたくさんのレストランやクラブがあります。私が手に入れた部屋はうるさくありませんでしたが、一部の部屋には複数のベッドがあるため、ゲストはかなりうるさかったです。常に無料のコーヒーと無料の駐車場があり、このホテルは本当に価値があります。エレベーターもあります。全体的にそれは良い滞在でした。

メデリンの美しい景色。場所は安全で、プロヴァンザまで徒歩圏内です。施設はモダンでとてもきれいです。スタッフは観光客にフレンドリーでとても親切です。

The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

Terrible stay in this hotel. I was almost died because of the broken hair dryer and was discriminated by the front desk. And, in the end, I have not gotten any apologize.

NHは、活気のある高級地区であるプロヴァンシア郊外に非常によく位置しています。私たちはビジネスのためにここにいて、夜に多くのバーやレストランに安全に街を歩き回ることができ、クライアントに会うのはとても便利でした。ホテルはモダンで、部屋は快適ですが、5つ星の基準には達していません。

Great place! Breakfast was lovely, the view was amazing and yhe room was big and comfortable.

Very well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.
