New Hotel with beautiful facilities but zero amenities in a secluded area. The hotel is lack of ambience and doesn't have anything to offer in surrounding areas. They need to have happy hours and live music ti stay and or be in Business. It has a beautiful lobby Bar but no bartender. It has a beautiful rooftop with a very nice view but zero people. Its extremely important to have an A** Machine for guests. The breakfast buffet is cold as ice daily.

Very clean facility, location near big shopping mall. Amazing views from 15th floor rooftop restaurant. Special thanks to Julio the bartender who was super attentive and friendly. The restaurant food was delicious, service was lacking but the manager made it right.

The staff was the best. It is the best trea**ent I have received in a hotel. The food was delicious. The Faranda hotel is very comfortable and beautiful. The jacuzzi was phenomenal. Excellent location and is in the best area of Medellin, very close to the Santa Fe' Mall.

Staff is super friendly. They helped us with everything from finding economical tours to talking to others over phone for us when needed. Breakfast is good and more importantly we felt very safe there.

This is a recently opened hotel with brand new and modern facilities and excellent service! The staff in all areas are super friendly and helpful from the maintenance staff to the site manager. Check in and check out were very smooth. Beds were very comfortable and all areas were well maintained. They have a very nice roof top restaurant with wonderful views of the city and excellent food featuring local flavours with an up-level approach. They also serve the breakfast there! The chef Diego Ibarra, Aurelio, Luis, Brando and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!
