My other half and I walk into our room to find it had not been cleaned from the previous occupants, oddly the beds were made but there was trash everywhere garbage and empty bottles inside the fridge/freezer. Dirty bathroom and not a single towel in the room clean or dirty. I went down to the front desk to complain and was told there was nothing that could be done that I'd need to talk to the manager in the morning also wouldn't even give me towels this is the worst customer service I've ever had here and I have stayed here a lot of I get treated the same way by the manager then I will no longer give this place my business..

I was between the elevator ice machine and guest laundry at times it was quite loud. Other than that it was great.

I checked in and room cards were provided. They lost paperwork and they thought I was a no show. I booked for 3 nights. Later had to sign a new paperwork and found out got charge more than my reservation. I talked to front desk a total of three times where my last was when I checked out. They promised to fix and it’s been three days now and still no credit.

Motel is clean, employees are very nice and helpful, decent parking harder for larger trucks due to lighting because all of Medford has gotten so ruff and homeless that a top perfect motel/hotel has same issues but over all for price very good

We had a strange situation where some other guest was checked in under our name before we arrived. It was taken care of after about 15 min of waiting.
The breakfast was short of many basic items before 9am and was not replenished.
