ハイアット セントリック ビール ストリート メンフィス(Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis)

I booked a king room with a river view over 6 months in advance. After calling the day of check in to verify my king room with river view (which was verified) upon arrival and standing at the desk to check in for 20 minutes…. At 7:30 pm our room wasn’t ready. We took a room with 2 queen beds with a river view. F Three minutes in our room, an employee walked in our room and scared us to death. She hurried out to only knock on the door and apologize because no one was “supposed” to be occupying the room. After dinner I wanted a shower and to my surprise no bath cloths. I tried to call housekeeping and the phone didn’t work. It was dead. I am disappointed in the Hyatt Centric Beale St.

Im giving a poor review because I was charged double while on vacation for a booking I cancelled soon as I got there. Now I couldn’t have the experience I want due to low funds. Thanks y’all really ruined it for me

Our high room looked out to the bridge, and we particularly enjoyed watching the lights at night. The room, although on the smaller side, was modern light and very comfortable. A short walk to restaurants and Beale St action. Highly recommend this hotel.

Jennifer was great. Went the extra mile and got a danish for me after the other guy said they were out. She walked and got it. No towels for the next day, no housekeeping, no dining. Tired of hotels with no service.

This place was so convenient for the IBC! It's very unfortunate that the lobby and dining areas were SO COLD! There *has* to be a way to maintain warmth in those areas! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our trip was during the "snowmaggeden". Did that stop us from having fun? NO. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating; especially the housekeeping staff. The floors were being kept dry to ensure no one fell. The best part of the stay.....meeting the Golden State Warriors players. My son was over the moon. The stadium was in walking distance (even in 3ft of snow). Although the game (Warriors vs Grizzlies) was an awesome experience; the hotel made it so much better. We will definitely be returning.

Hotel was nice and in a nice area for walking on Beale. There was a boil order for tap water in Memphis during my stay. A letter was posted that they would provide water but when I asked for water they tried to charge me. They insisted I still pay even when I showed them their letter stating water would be provided. Typically a carafe of coffee is available at hotels I have stayed at in the past but they charged for coffee in the lobby. The food was delicious but took so long I was late for an event. It took over an hour to be seated, order and eat breakfast

I arrived at check in around 5pm and they keep stalling with giving me a room saying they had to check with housekeeping to verify that the room was ready. I watched as several other people checked in with no problem.

The Hyatt Centric is a very modern and updated Hotel. The rooms are clean qnd beautiful. The bed light up and the review was beautiful. It’s walking distance to everything(Beale St, Civil Rights Museum, Trolley, Local Restaurants and Clubs) The rooftop bar had live music and a beautiful view. Highly recommend this Hotel for future trips. The staff and and valet were all great!
