TRH ティラント プラヤ(TRH Tirant Playa)

Sólo alojamiento, no puedo opinar más alla de instalaciones y el trato. 10 entodo. El apartamento con sistio y todo lo necesario, aunque muy justo de cubertería. Por lo demás, todo perfecto. Camas cómodas, vista al mar y una bonita piscina, auqnue no la usamos. Volvería, que más podría decir.

久しぶりにリラックスした休暇を過ごすことができました。この静かなリゾートにはホテルが 2 つしかありません。Tirant Playa ホテルは 2 階建ての宿泊施設で、すべてのアパートメントからは入り江の美しい景色が望めます。日中は太陽が輝き、夕方には沈む太陽が丘の向こうに美しい輝きを添えます。ビーチは浅瀬が長く続く楽しい場所で、入り江を歩くとカメが日光浴をしているのが見られます。歩き続けると、島を一周するウォーキング ルート、Cami de Cavalls の一部に着きます。素敵なアパートメントに戻ると、驚くほど大きなプールがあり、ピカピカに清潔なレストランでは飲み物や食事を提供しており、素敵なスタッフが接客しています。彼らにとって面倒なことは何もありません。彼らの前向きな姿勢が気に入りました。同様に、受付のスタッフはあらゆるリクエストに応えてくれました。私たちはリラックスして、大切にされていると感じました。そして最後に、部屋は清潔で、1 日おきに新しいタオルが交換され、素敵なビーチ タオルも用意されていました。キッチンには新しい電子レンジとコンロが完備されていました。キッチン用品、衣類、小物類を収納できるスペースがたくさんありました。トゥットからフォルネルスまでは徒歩 30 ～ 40 分です。フォルネルスは、素敵なレストランが立ち並ぶ小さな港町で、島の大きな町に行くにはバスが時間通りに運行しています。TRH ティラント プラヤは本当に気に入りました。また来るのが待ちきれません。

Easy check in with great friendly staff and got room earlier than expected which was good. Our apartment was a good size and definitely value for money for what we paid, the pool area was nice but the cafe seemed a wee bit pricey as were the restaurants up the road as well as the overpriced supermarket cashing in on a captive market. We used this area as a based to do sea activities in Fornells which is a short drive away , no complaints about accommodation it was very good it’s just an area I wouldn’t stay in again.

We have just returned from a week at this lovely hotel and location and thoroughly enjoyed it ! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms have everything you need, the beds are soooooo comfortable and the staff are extremely friendly. The views are amazing (we were lucky enough to get a room with one) but if not just go to the pool and look out at the beach. We loved the fact that this hotel is popular with many different nationalities. We were self catering but did have a couple of breakfasts ( enough choice for a couple of visits) and a lunch in the hotel (quality of lunch was first class). The team work extremely hard and nothing is a bother if you haven't got what you want then ask and they will try to accommodate. There are 2 supermarkets close to hand (good if you decide not to hire a car) We spent most of our days on the beautiful beach (make sure you go down the nature trail and watch the turtles, wild birds and dragon flies playing) but did walk to fornells and back (went on the old donkey trail, you need sturdy shoes and to be quite mobile) and walked back along the road (very pleasant walk), also caught the local bus into Mahon for the day - which takes about 55 mins We did our research before going so got what we wanted/expected and came home very happy 😁 if you want lots of restaurants, bars and hotel entertainment late into the evening this is maybe not the resort for you - but if you want total relaxation in a lovely hotel and beautiful location then I'm sure you won't be disappointed !

The location was good, but far from 2 cities and the most popular and beautiful beaches. There was nothing special in the room, but the bed was awful- soft and it was 2 separate beds…The problem is that all the beds in the hotel are the same... one large bed only in rooms for people with disabilities ... the hotel should warn about this because after booking we contacted the hotel so that they would give us a room with one bed. What was our surprise when we went into a bungalow for people with disabilities ... no one warned us about it. The room was bad, with the smell of humidity and chemicals, the bathroom was in poor condition that we couldn't even take a shower. But many thanks to the staff that the next morning they changed our room and were kind and polite.

I’ve mixed feelings about TRH Cala Tirant. I had a very bad impression on arrival as I took a private taxi from a very early flight thinking I could sleep when I arrived. However, I was told I would need to wait for 5 hours to get the keys. Was that my fault for not reading the small print or the fact it isn’t made obvious What really wound me up was a few hours of watching other Spanish speaking families get their apartment keys who had come after me. After not making a fuss and leaving to eat in a nearby restaurant I returned- only to watch the exact same thing happening, despite my asking about our apartment keys every now and then. After it got to 3pm I had to stand at the Reception desk and make it clear what I’d experienced and that I was now very unhappy that I was Still being made to wait. This older Receptionist then stated she did not speak English. This nudged me from exasperated to furious. I had to insist she contacted a manager. I was told quite nonchalantly she could not get hold of them so I had to actually direct her to keep trying! I had to ask for our apartment number, so I could go there to see for myself what the hold up was for my particular apartment. Eventually I got the key at 3.45pm and only because I had to work myself up enough to actually demand some attention ! It isn’t acceptable to have someone on a Reception desk dealing with European customers, who doesn’t speak English AND more importantly does not want to help and who either doesn’t have or intentionally pretends not to have, an awareness of what is going on. -I.e other Spanish speaking guests getting keys way before us -as explained. When an English speaking Receptionist then turned up it was explained some guests don’t leave on time. This is not an excuse. It is something TRH needs to manage. And a decent Receptionist would be aware of a family waiting for several hours watching others get their keys and would push to find out the situation/get something sorted quicker. I was given a very poor impression

No water for days, then no hot water. Raining in the room, no responsible on site. To be avoided. It is a pity because the spot is nice, but you really have the impression they built the place and then stopped caring

Great value, self contained accommodation within 3-5 mins of lovely quiet beach. Apartment was clean and My balcony had a lovely view over the bay. Kitchen includes hob, sink, fridge, kettle and toaster. All the utensils and pots/pans seems new or sparklingly clean. Didn’t use the bar or pool area but looked clean also. Really great value. Thank you
