ザ アズール ホテル(The Azure Hotel)

This hotel is cute and new-age, but they need to “polish up” their cleanliness and AC. The room had all the features (bed, outlets , etc) but the cleanliness was not up to par - hair on the floor (my socks were covered in hair), no cleaning behind the chair. The AC was so loud (like a jet engine getting ready for takeoff) that it would wake me up every time it turned on. For the price I paid it was not a very restful stay. I would not recommend this particular Azure Hotel.

Entire hotel including my room smelled like stale garbage. No drinking water available. Said they were “out” of water. Staff was nice enough. Room was cleaned very nicely by housekeeping. The smell really made this stay very unpleasant.

I thought the hotel was cute, clean and the staff was always very helpful. Was a little concerned with the neighborhood, but it turned out to be quiet and just fine! Would stay here again!

Front desk lady was not very friendly but nighttime guy made up for it. Our room was lovely but my side of the bed had a big dip in it. Hotel was quiet and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast was not very exciting but we had read other reviews and knew that ahead of time. Loved the blue soft towels and the HUGE TV.

We are frequent guests of this excellent establishment. The rooms are consistently clean, parking is abundant and the pricing is generally extremely acceptable .

My Fiancé and I have stayed here overnight, and it was a great stay ! No complaints at all we really enjoyed our stay and will be booking again

Older hotel in good condition. Very clean, centrally located to downtown Mesa. Good price for the stay. Has a great bathroom, good water pressure. Towels, linens good quality and clean. Bed is why I fave it 4 stars. Good but not great! Would stay again for business in the area.

Staff was very helpful, nice room with thick plush towels. Comfy bed, hot shower and coffee 24/7, just what I was looking for. At a fair price in a good part of town.

We flew from the east coast to attend a family wedding and needed a special accommodation and they were the only hotel in the area willing to help us. Reception desk service was friendly, rooms were clean and fully stocked, and the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The only recommendations would be to have a restroom on the main floor for when the guest restroom is occupied. And the other is the breakfast bar could use some hot items like waffles or pancakes, but it was still satisfying. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
