Super easy to check in, and find location, just know it’s all done electronically they send you the code for the gate and room through text which actually made it super simple. But with out a doubt recommend this place and would stay again awesome customer service they messaged us and communicated anything we needed and answered quick, be careful of “cash cleaning fees” the cleaners may ask for but that’s a running scam at any location I’ve traveled everywhere so I think it’s funny every time, but 5/5 highly recommend

Beautiful apar**ent, looks just like the pictures. I loved having a gated parking lot, it was great not having to worry about my vehicle. Would definitely stay here again!

Apar**ent was extremely clean. House keeping checked upon us to make sure everything was pleasing and up to standard. I will definitely consider rebooking for future trips. It was very nice and comfortable to stay here. Thank you!

The team was very pleasant and the room had much nicer furniture than you would expect for the price point. Everything was super clean as well. I was running late checking out and the manager was super nice and said since they had a different room to clean I could have more time to get my things together. The only negative is we weren't expecting the property fee after booking to be close to the base cost of the room.

Apar**ent was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again in the future anytime I'm in the Wynwood District.

Apar**ent was nice but would have been better with proper sheets (they were threadbare) and kitchen with tea towels to wipe up with. Bed was laytex and not great to sleep on No screens on windows so couldn’t keep them open at night Washing machine and dryer but on 2 floors up stairs Area is close to Wynwood walls but still doesn’t feel safe and planes are flying low continuously

Extremely disappointed. They charged us a fee that was over 50% of the rental price. And wouldn't let us enter the premises or our room without paying the fee. We had just left another hotel because of a major mold problem and we were just looking for a place to sleep. I was disappointed with the inflexibility of getting a refund even though we had just made the reservation. I booked through **********. They don't have the additional fees included in the ********** price. Unless upfront about the actual total including fees, it's a textbook bait-and-switch scam. All they need to do is include the fee in the ********** price. If it's hard, then work with ********** to resolve it or don't list yourselves on **********. If it's not hard to do, then they should include the fee in the price.

Honestly, I thought the photos were more like renderings but the apar**ent really was that new and clean. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed. The listing said it was 3 stories with no elevator so i asked for a lower floor and they gave me the first one. Great access for anyone with a disability, out car was right in front of our door. Wynwood overall is not the safest area but I felt very safe on the property with the gate and the lighting. There was plenty of parking on the property so we were able to leave our cars there and take a 4 minute Uber to the heart of Wynwood where all the restaurants and stores are but very little parking. The communication was perfect and the instructions for all the gate codes were very clear. I would definitely stay there again.

amazing, right in the heart of Wynwood, it cost me $9 uber from the property to the main street in Wynwood,(believe me you don't want to drink and drive in Wynwood plus the parking is very difficult to find. the place is a huge apar**ent, 2 big rooms with queen size beds leaving room everything is new and modern, i live in Boynton beach (about 1.5 hours from Wynwood) and the reason i don't come to often is because of the prices of hotels and the distance if i want to drive back, but now with this place, im gonna come down moe often,
