This is exactly how a hotel should be run. Customer service was excellent and couldn't ask for a cleaner room and grounds.

Hotel was just fine for us. We live in Springhill and kids wanted to stay out late with friends for Halloween so we got a room so we didn't have to drive an hour. Clean, quiet, and well priced thanks to trip.com.

Everything was good except for the room service in the morning, check out time is 11 am, I was bother 2 different times, first time I was woke up at 8:30 am. If the room is still occupied and not checked out yet, why go bother the guests.

It was definitely not worth the price. We were told that we had to put our trash outside by our door. Half of the outlets did not work. The coffee in the room was terrible. Parking was a nigh**are. Staff was nice and breakfast was ok.

Very nice accommodations. Appreciated the old-school back car and open the door and walk in the room. I know for security it is not as good but for our situation in a small town this works. Breakfast is very good huge room. Only negative is the very small bath towels, other than that great value and would stay again.

Access to the hotel is somewhatl imited by narrow driveways and parking is tight. If you have anything more than a small trailer be aware you may have trouble finding a spot to park.The place was very clean and quiet.

Front desk check-in person was great. Adjacent parking lot for U-Haul parking was part of the reason we picked this place. SO important to have that available.
