ソンダー アット レベル(Sonder at Revel)

Property was in a good location, accessible to all parts of town. Underground parking was convenient. There was a lot of noise at night, would recommend ear plugs to light sleepers.

There is no ceiling in the room, so from saturday morning to monday morning, you cpuld hear the water running in the pipes non stop. The bed was rock hard, temperature control was near impossible due to the open ceiling, no windows opened, and there is no fan in the bathroom or kitchen. Ive stayed in a lot of hotels/apartments, and this was proba ly my worst exeperience. Lets not forget the multiple texts that were sent to me asking how i was enjoying my stay, and if there was anything they could do to make my stay more enjoyable, but then when i would reply asking for a blanket, i would not gwt a response (only sheets are provided in the room and not a blanket) Trust me, save your money and stay somewhere else!

It felt safe to stay here. Have to use a code to enter the building and another to use the elevator. Lobby, hallways and elevator are very clean. The room itself was very cute and cozy.

It was a great 3 week stay for us. Complete kitchen equipment, washing machine and dryer in the room are very special, the bed and sofa are very comfortable, providing extra comfort so that we feel like we are living at home. The Sonder team is also very responsive via the Sonder apps. Hopefully it can be maintained. However, I need to note a few things: 1. One day we were surprised and frightened by a man who knocked on the door and insisted on coming in to carry out an inspection! (according to him "inspection"... and after a few moments of argument, he said that he wanted to check the coffee machine and wanted to install something to the machine)... of course we refused him to enter the room because there was no prior information from the Sonder and we feel that he does not have clear identification as an authorized Sonder officer... 2. The hotel lobby and room we stayed in seemed clean, modern and comfortable but right in front of the hotel entrance it was a bit dirty, the floor was covered with a sticky drying liquid, sometimes there was rubbish strewn around... 3. No free parking facility for customers.

This location was so perfect for my vacation, I really felt at home and the apartment residents were quite nice.

Stayed here for a week as I was visiting family who lives nearby. The apartment was centric, well equipped and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This location was just amazing. So close to everything local shops, dining options, movie theater, bus station. Also we never heard any noise from any other guest. The room itself was amazing too.

We unfortunately encountered issue after issue with this property. First, there is no free parking. None. You must pay $12-$14 daily to park and in one of the garages, when you go upstairs, someone peed in the hallway and it really stinks. The entire 5 days, it was bad. Entering the property, you will notice several homeless people surrounding the areas. Sometimes, they sit by the front door. Especially at night. Also, it's very loud. There must also be a hospital nearby because there are several emergency vehicles that come through full siren throughout the night. There is no front desk or person to speak to, you enter a code to get into your room. Upon arrival, you'll see a very modern looking apartment but it is not comfy. At all. The couch was very hard and so was the bed. My wife and I had to go to a nearby target and purchase blow up mattresses to sleep on because we couldn't handle the firmness of the mattress. They have a pull out couch, but it is a paper thin mattress. The TV is a flat screen, but in order to watch it, you must have a device that can screen mirror. However, the wifi went out halfway through our stay and we were unable to watch anything at all. There is a jacuzzi, no pool. However, it wasn't working during our stay. Also, there was busted glass right next to it. So, we couldn't do that either. Overall, it was just a very bad experience and I would not recommend this property to anyone.
