Hotel Yubileiny

Not everything went smoothly with our stay at this hotel. We checked into the hotel late at night, early in the morning (about 4:30 am), two double rooms were booked from 2:00 pm the previous day. We received the keys to two rooms, one on the third floor and the other on the seventh. Everything was OK with the room on the third floor, but the air conditioner did not work in the room on the seventh floor. I reported problems with the room on the seventh floor to the reception, got the keys to the room on the eleventh floor, I was to wake up and scare the person already living there. I reported this to the reception, in response I received an offer to move into a single room (one of us was supposed to arrive the next day) with a promise to move us the next day in accordance with the reserved and paid room. We calmly settled down in the rooms and fell asleep. IIn the morning, after breakfast, which ends at 10:00 am, I went to the reception desk to ask about the room that was promised, I received an offer to spread the sofa for my brother, to which I refused. To this I was told that the clarity with the possibility of settling will appear only after 14:00. As a result, at 14:30 (the next day from the start of the stay) we received the rooms in accordance with our booking. PS: I want to say special thanks to the maid of the 3rd and 6th floors

Pillows and sound isolation could be better.

Standard modern hotel and good location. The service was okay, just the staff were a bit arrogant.

Good location and staff. On the first floor and near restaurant smells like smoke. Breakfast used to be more varied.

No refrigerator or safe box , we booked double but gave us twin for first night

Good for the price and location.. Just need to improve few things to be like 4* hotel. Like to add modern furniture and facilities. But overall nice place for the price.

Perfect location but I'm my case, the room stuff was old and i had many long hairs in the toilet and floor

It’s a good place… I think after going there twice it’s the guest that ruins the place more.. I wouldn’t advise their breakfast.. but the hotel is good for it’s purpose.. should be cheaper for the value you get.
