The apartment are old. Some of the part are damage like the toilet door handle, shower door handle, basin drainage are a bit stuck. Kitchen and dining hall are OK. Very spacer. Location is quite convenience as there are many eating places nearby with walking distance.

It is a good and calm place to stay. However When we were sleeping the alarm went off and affected our sleep after a long day. Other than that they could have fixed the TV , you can’t watch it properly

Very basic. Unpleasant smell from drainage when coming out into the balcony. No slippers or toothbrushes available. Room was fairly clean. Not keen to revisit again.

環境衞生很差，天花板漏水痕跡 有些地方破裂 廁所瓷磚發黴，骯臟，破裂 危險 廁所簾子損壞 沒有私隱 房間很多蚊子 床頭板非常骯臟，很多污漬 床簾也骯臟

Not as per picture in *********** No table lamp or standing lamp as in picture Bathroom floors are wet, sink floor area has water when we check in and dark & not as per in photos No indoors slippers Feels more of a 2 star, outdated furnitures No helper to carry bags Have to carry like 10 steps stairs on entrance before going to lift Not suitable for old people or with wheel chair

My room was situated at Block B, Level 3. The parking space in front of the block was obstructed with flower pots and it is quite hard to maneuver car to do reverse parking in rainy nights that i experienced. The entrance was on higher ground and need to go up staircase to go to my room. The room kinda okay just the bathroom was abit dirty and smells moldy. The bed sheets smells okay. Aircon was super cold. TV also functioning well.
