コンフォート イン(Comfort Inn)

Beds were comfortable, our room was next to the laundry and was noisy early in the AM. Shower had black curly hairs on the wall, pool had so much chlorine, your skin burned. Coffee at breakfast was disgusting. Truck stop coffee is better than that stuff.

This is my second stay within a month at this hotel. Both times I have been impressed with the front desk staff, and the hotel itself. Clean, spacious, everything works, very comfortable beds, bedding and pillows, and decent sound proofing from hallway noise (I am very sensitive to that!!). Over the past four months, I have stayed in five Missoula hotels, all in the medium price range ($200-$300/night) and this has become my favorite. I plan to check this hotel first for all future Missoula trips.

the large shower stall rather than a bathtub with shower curtain was a huge plus. We had just spent a week in the backwoods hunting and this place was perfect to clean up. The heated toilet seat was an extra bonus! The staff were very pleasant in our interactions. The breakfast buffet was a step above what is usually available.

We stayed at 2 Comfort Inns on our trip and enjoyed the improvements that are being built in when they renovate....roomy shower stalls rather than cramped tubs, bidet toilet seats, dim lighted toilet to be able to see in the night, racks to put our suitcase on. Good job on the new looks.

Very clean room, great bathroom, the toilet seat is heated and light up , so cool:) first time ever I slept without my own blanket because the sheets were super clean like new!!! Very happy we choose this hotel, also the breakfast was very good specially the French toasts.

I liked being on the top floor. Loved the shower with the decent sized corner shelf. The rooms are a great size. The lack of towel racks inthe bathroom was odd. You need to add INSP and Newsmax to the channel options.

My granddaughter fell when we were trying to get her in her wheel chair. We were unable to pick her up. I called the front desk and a young man was knocking at our door in less than 30 seconds. He was able to pick her up and get her into her chair. He was an Angel!! E were so thankful for him.

My room was large, and all looked new, so it must have been re-decorated recently. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and I will stay at this Comfort Inn again when I'm in the area.

This Comfort Inn met our needs for our 4-night stay for several reasons. [1] Air conditioning must work in Missoula in the summer. The AC worked very well and was not loud. [2] The option to take microwaveable breakfast sandwiches to the room with a microwave is important when the breakfast room is crowded on weekends. [3] The location near I-90 and shopping is good. [4] This location is MUCH better than the location of the Comfort Inn near the University due to the absence of the train crossing. When we stayed at the much less expensive Comfort Inn at the University the last time, the train horn woke us up often like in the movie My Cousin Vinny.
