グランド ホテル ミズリーナ(Grand Hotel Misurina)

In generale un bel hotel (con anche una bella vista sul lago) che purtroppo ha molte cose da migliorare come ad esempio il cibo ed il servizio a cena. Lo staff dovrebbe forse informarti quando ci sono delle cose da pagare per poterle usare, e non dirtelo dopo al check out.

Transportation to town was limited to Taxi and very expensive for a 9 mile ride.

Beautiful area, lovely hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was very nice large variety. Definitely will be back!

Staff was unfriendly. Hotel was old and photographed much buck better than reality. Coffee was terrible. Furniture was uncomfortable and pillows ******.

Dinner service was slow and the food quality was low; Staff were otherwise friendly. Bed was hard and it took 24 hours and a second request to get extra pillows. We paid for a lake view suite, but the view was blocked by a big sign in front of our balcony unless you were standing. Hot tub was colder than the pool.

The bed was not comfortable. The meal at the hotel was 30 euros per person and it was not good. My steak was inedible with so much connective tissue and tendons. I couldn't even chew and swallow. I would not stay here again and would definitely never eat here again.

This property is in the Italian Alps and is therefore a distance from a town- like setting. It is fully self contained and beautiful. The staff were very attentive and both breakfast and dinner meals were great. It rained a fair amount the first day of our stay, but in some ways that added to the ambiance. Well worth visiting!

The hotel is idea for visiting some of the Dolomites. It is very close to Tre Cime di Lavaredo. They serve a wonderful breakfast buffet that is included. The indoor pool is wonderful, clean and modern. The one negative thing is in Aug they are turning on the heat morning and evening. We were on the fourth floor and our upstairs room was terribly hot. We had to ask for sheets because the comforters were down filled. We inquired about the heat and they couldn't do anything about it. We asked for a fan and they didn't have any. There is no air conditioning because most times they dont need it. Overall great place otherwise.

The hotel serves its purpose: You need a stay near the "Tre Cime di Lavaredo". It is a rather old hotel, however clean and food is fine, nothing extraordinary. The service was good, parking possibilities are not sufficient. If you are looking for a boutique hotel, then this one is certainly not what you are looking for, it falls into the category mass-tourist.
