The Hilton Garden Inn Monterey offers a convenient, comfortable stay in the heart of this scenic California town. Guests enjoy an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site dining, plus easy access to top attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium. While lacking some local charm, it provides reliable, well-priced accommodations for both leisure and business travelers. but one of the reception woman(seems like manager) is not very polite.

The rooms are average. Parking although paid is very hard to find. The property does not have a great appeal and is away from the coast. The breakfast is also not up to the mark.

We went to Monteray for my girlfriend’s birthday. It was in a good location and we would stay here again.

Comfortable and good view

Hotel is located at an area with nothing. You’ll need to drive out. Staff has zero customer-service (middle age woman with short hair). She seems to hate everyone who checks in. Refused to take in my Hilton member number and told me curtly: You booked cheap elsewhere, will not earn points or nights. Staff (different lady of course!) at checkout took my Hilton number and i earned nights. Room is VERY small. Called reception to try to upgrade (with money). The same obnoxious lady told me all rooms are same size and there are no other available ones for the night. Checked website and there are larger rooms. She’s blatantly lying. Of course, those bigger rooms MIGHT not be available. She needs a lesson in customer service.

房間一般大小，床品很舒服，乾淨衞生。服務不咋地，前台比較冷漠，陽台上裝了吊燈，但是找不到開關，電話打前台問很不耐煩的説本來就沒有開關的，暈死，那裝個吊燈衹是當裝飾嗎？而且明明別的房間陽台有開着燈的，服務差評！

不提供礦泉水和拖鞋等，入住有點晚，訂的兩個房間不能安排在附近，來回路有點繞，電梯難找，行李搬運不便。有微波爐，露台（露台的燈需要自己去擰一下燈泡才能打開）。

地理位置一般，靠近101道路，車聲明顯，設施不錯，其他環境可以

價格就是貴，但酒店不錯

離機場超級近 離海灘也近 10分鐘之內 綠蔭環繞 設施齊全 去lobby衹有台階梯 十幾格但對行李人士還是有點不太友好啦。
