Service was great and the room was clean but the rest of the building (hallways, I.e.) wasn’t as clean.

The room was VERY large, it was clean and well maintained. I was there for 3 nights and the bag of trash sitting beside the trash can in the ice machine area on the 2nd floor remained there the whole time. There was debris in the 2nd floor hallway that remained there the whole time, too. It only takes a minute to take out trash and vacuum a hallway and I would have had a better review had it been completed.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Plenty of dining within 1 mile. Easy check in and very affordable.

Some customer truck alarm beep on and off all night; the front desk said he would take care it. On checking in, there was no question concering type of car or license number, so could the front desk help in this situation? Terrible sleep all night.

Location right off interstate for excellent convenience. Friendly service at desk 24 hrs. Breakfast area was clean food appetizing with healthy options. My reserved room had to be changed as the ac/heater was nonfunctional but receptionist changed room without attitude making sure I was pleased with switched room and comfortable. Room design was nicer than expected offering sofa area separate from bedroom. I thought my stay was very good and a value for the price!

The hall smelled like smoke and pee. The had a leak that sprayed water all over the bathroom and there were shady characters hanging out in the lobby. At breakfast the round egg disc that were served were just strange and the orange juice was warm. Found a much better room for less on the return trip.

Ceiling fan in the room was very loose but other than that the room was amazing.

Our initial assigned room was in TERRIBLE condition, so much so that we had to go back to the front desk to request another. There was also a terrible smell on that floor of the hotel. To be honest, I would never stay at this location again; even if the room was free!

Very full that weekend so the housekeeper didn't have a chance to clean room. My only negative. Would stay again.
