I had accidentally made a reservation for the wrong day. When I asked to switch my reservation to one day earlier the did not accommodate me at all. There were many available rooms on both days so there was no reason they could not make the shift for me. It was definitely an opportunity to be people over policy and they did not helping me at all. I ended up getting a room for that night and paying for two nights while only staying one. Also when I got to the third floor the hallway and my room smelt like mildew. All the fixtures in my bathroom were rusty and I believe they have a humidity problem.
