First room we got someone was already in because there was stuff in room when I open door, the second room open door and turned on light and roaches ran across the floor and the trash was everywhere Iin bags instead of trash cans from the rooms highly do not recommend staying

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The Linen was like this when I entered the room. I asked for clean linen. Clearly they did not change the linen on the bed before I checked in. They brought another set of sheets even they were dingy. The mattress had stains also. I flipped it over on the opposite side. I can’t believe this place is still in business.

Stained sheets, towels. Absolutely disgusting pillows. Had to eat the reservation price and find ANY place better to stay. I’m not a picky person but this was shockingly disgusting

I didn't like that when I entered my room there were cleaning products on the table; a shoe box with items in it. A mop; a broom and a pork chop plates. They then treated me as of I did something wrong. BUT OK.

The uneasy stay started with the front desk attendant who I had to wake up so I can check in. The mattress definitely need replacing as I felt springs under my back. The following morning I used the bathroom and stepped on very tiny pieces of broken glass the size of splinters. Not pleasant although the AC was the best part of the stay. It was nice and cool.

The guy at the window checking us in, was not friendly. We told him that we didn't have a remote to the TV and he said he'd have someone check into it, but never did. We had only one towel and one bath mat and no other other towels or washcloths. There were no little soaps or shampoos.

Cecil the maintenance guy and Ashley the cleaning lady have definitely got the place very nice clean nice rooms great people.

Lil mold around the stand up shower,and sheets and pillows aren't clean

I stayed in 213 and the floor was sweep and the room was dirty and the sheets had stains no fridge. A piece of metal stuck me in my butt three times from the mattress and cut me. Shower nasty and when I turned over the mattress from the metal sticking me it was very dirty. I ask for another room and they gave me attitude and said they didn't have anymore.
