ホテル カルデナル ラム(Hotel Cardenal Ram)

This was a great place to stay. Great location, nice staff, lovely room and amenities. If I have one criticism it would be the use of paper cups in the bathroom. And only two at that! Seems out of sync with the price we paid for the stay - it was the most expensive of the five hotels we stayed at during our seven-day road trip in this part of Spain.

Last minute booking, we felt very lucky to get this hotel. Very central in the small town, full of friendly people. Great food at the hotel, massive portions of great quality local produce. Very friendly and helpful staff , this hotel is a hidden gem.

This is a difficult hotel to rate since some aspects are absolutely brilliant while others are a tad lacking. It's a wonderful medieval building with amazing views over the surrounding mountains and right in the heart of the Old Town. There's an extraordinary old stone staircase and our room had beams and fabulous views plus comfortable beds.The staff are very helpful and do their absolute best to ensure you have a decent stay, though at times things felt a little amateurish. For example, we were locked out of our room every single day during our 4 day stay; our key had to be reprogrammed. The water in our shower never really got hot and though the staff did their best rectify this there, was little improvement during the 4 days we were here. Plus the breakfast, well good value, was slightly chaotic. For example every morning we had to ask for bowls and milk so that we could eat the cereal provided. Little things. Dinner menu vg (especially salads, and rice dishes), though maybe some daily variety would be good. This seems like the best bet in town so we'd recommend you stay here, if visiting Morella.

I was concerned when we were given the room right next to the elevator, but it was not a problem at all. There was quite a bit of noise in the hallway/staircase during the day, but a set of french doors in the hall blocked it at night. The room was spacious and had a mini-fridge. The bed was very comfortable. A second chair in the room would have been welcomed. The parking is a little ways from the hotel and the town is on a mountain side; so I recommend packing light:0)

Beautiful old building full of history, with stunning views. Wonderfully restored, giving light and comfortable bedrooms with exceptional bathrooms and the most amazing view from ours. Lovely friendly staff. Delicious traditional local food. Right in the heart of this fascinating, beautiful town. A real gem.

Buen hotel con buena ubicación, restaurante de buena calidad. Buena atención por parte del personal. Una pega, la entrada de acceso al hotel. Habitación confortable y amplia, con buenas vistas. Limpieza muy bien. Se puede aparcar bastante cerca fuera de murallas.

Hotel con encanto muy bién situado, el personal muy amable. El desayuno correcto con café excelente, aunque eche en falta algo de frutos secos o fruta deshidratada para un hotel con este encnanto. La cena variada y con muy buena calidad. La habitación grande y espaciosa con cama super grande, el único pero es que olia un poco el desague del baño, por eso no le he dado un 5 estrellas.

El mejor colchón de todos los hoteles que he visitado y para un sufridos de dolor de espalda no es poca cosa. El hotel está bastante bien en general excepto el desayuno que es muy limitado pero no nos importó ya que junto al hotel hay pastelerías bien surtidas.

Habitación 101. Próxima a los lavabos del restaurante, colchón muy mullido, almohada dura, vistas desoladoras, en otoño puede ser normal. El servicio no nos aviso de la cabalgata de reyes y al salir de la siesta nos encontramos en medio de la fiesta. Dicen que es el mejor hotel de morella, pero cualquier Meliá se lo come, la próxima vez probaré otros hoteles, ahora ya sé donde aparcar.
