Shower would not get hot even after running 10 min at 7 am. That is my only complaint.

Always a pleasure staying at oasis rooms are very clean great owners! Nice and quiet staff is available 24/7 favorite place to stay beds are super comfy!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. the beds were fine. the family room was in need of repair. there were floor tiles attached, poorly, to the walls in the bathroom. One light switch didn't always work Peeling paint outside. the whole place needs a lot of TLC

Brown splatters in bathroom and near sink area, concern for what it was. Unknown brown product smeared in carpet. Both entry doors wouldn’t close right- could see light around frame. Very difficult to get warm shower in morning, and flashed cold frequently.

The building looks like half of it is condemned and the half that isn't wasn't much better. Smoke detector was beeping super loud at 4am while i was hungover trying to sleep. The whole dead was NOT worth $100/night after fees.

Staff was friendly. The room was clean. No Kleenex. No way to make a hot beverage as there were not any cups for hot liquids. There was no coffee or tea in the room. The TV was fuzzy. I did not try the internet. Exterior needed a lot of work. No breakfast. Did not know until I was checking out that there was coffee in office. Overall a very poor value for my $246.

Owners are amazing people they are very kind and always there when you need help of any sort favorite place to stay just because of them! Rooms are very clean they have been remodeling them and they are looking even better everytime I stay there, it’s a nice quiet place to get some rest!!!! There’s a pool!!! Good people are what make the experiences and these owners are just amazing!

The room was not very clean. The furniture and furnishings were very aged and worn. The bathroom door did not close. The front door deadbolt did not work. Walls and other items needed maintenance or repair. It appeared as if unskilled employees were responsible for this work and had done the best they could.

I have stayed here a few times. Quiet, no frills, older motel but clean and safe.

Stayed July 23rd, 2023 ... Worse experience, worse motel I ever stayed in! I thought I could trust ******* rating and comments ... they had nothing to do with reality in this case ... did the owner buy comments..??! I don't know but I am questionning the differences between comments, rating and reality... Bed sheet were clean and mattress was ok but the room itself ... holes on the wall, don't know if the carpet has ever been washed, very old furniture ... god, too long to describe all... if I knew the state of the room, I am not sure I would have paid even half of what I paid... one thing is now sure ... never again at the Oasis Motel in Mose Lake, Washington...

BEDBUGS!! Service was good during our stay however when bites began to appear approximately 24 hours later, the owners took less than 5 minutes to “check the room” and tell us there were no bed bugs (the bedbug bites all over me beg to differ..) Otherwise great motel for the price, good service and great location. I hope they’re able to get this sorted :(
