Overall impression of the Apar**ent was very welly presented and also maintained well by the room maintenance staff. Bed sheets for the sofa bed was not cleaned or changed. Apar**ent was a little small for 3 people. Not many options in terms of Lunch. Only breakfast was available. Room Service for ordering lunch or dinner was not flexible enough. Toilet missing lock to the hinge and hence not having enough privacy.

Nice place to stay, short drive to Wollongong, Warrawong and Jamberoo Action water park.

Love the large units. Have stayed here before, and noticed there's still no air-conditioning in bedroom. It's hard sleeping in a stuffy room, and we had the lounge air-conditioning on pretty cold with the door open. Had to sleep under a sheet. But it certainly didn't affect our break, and we always stay here when we come down to visit family.

Pioneer Sands was the perfect location as we needed a 2 bedroom apar**ent with parking & easy access for my elderly mother in law who has assistance with her walking. The apar**ent was large, airy and clean with a small balcony that looked over the pool area. Even though we did not cook in the kitchen, It was large & clean with a dishwasher. The team greeting us were very friendly and assisted us. We would definitely stay at Pioneer Sands again.

Friendly efficient staff. Off street parking and WI-FI included with accommodation. In room menu and genuinely good value for money.

Breakfast was good and easy drive to Wollongong. Having use of a trolley for luggage very useful
