ゲゲストThis place has hands down been the most memorable stay we have ever had! As a couple traveling for the first time in China, Yukong, his family, and friends gave us a feeling of home and took care of us in a way we never experienced from a homestay.
The house itself is build by Yukong's grandparents 70 years ago, and is placed in the middle of a Kiwi farm on the mountains outside Leye city. We shared great meals together every night in front of the fireplace with the boiling soup bowl at the center. Friends and family of the house even cared for bringing all sorts of classical Chinese instruments to the house to play traditional folk music for us - something we will never forget! Together we sang karaoke, drank rice wine, laughed and had great talks, despite of the language barrier. One could tell that our well being mattered to all of them, and that they wanted us to experience and understand their culture.
Yukong and his brother even joined us for a hike in the nearby geopark and helped us with litterarly everything regarding planning and activities (which was so helpful, as none of us speaks Chinese). They took so much time off their hands to help us getting around and showed us the most wonderful local tourist attractions and great places to eat. The area has a lot to offer, and we were amazed that we seemed to have it all to ourselves.
If you are in Guangxi, or anywhere else in China, for that matter, do yourself a favor and book a stay here. It is something you will remember for a long time. The nature, the culture, and especially the family you are gonna stay with, are wonderful.
FFeyenoordFor a small city as Jingxi this hotel was really good. The room are spacious and clean and the hotel was quiet at night. We also had an amazing view of the city from our room. The breakfast was simple but delicious.
Parking was also convenient downstairs. So overall we can recommend this hotel.
ゲゲストStaying at Meeteem Boutique Hotel was the best choice I made in my trip to China! The hotel is run by a wonderful young woman who speaks excellent English and went the extra mile to make me feel right at home and help me with anything I needed. The rest of the staff is also very nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet (I could hear only crickets at night), and the mattress was excellent (I mean really excellent!). The breakfast was also very good as were all the meals I tried in the hotel restaurant. It was all really good and I couldn't recommend this place more, whichever is the purpose of your trip!
TTRICIALEEPYYun Man Man is the BEST HOTEL in Jingxi! Super good service by the staff especially 小麻, she's so dedicated and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are awesome! We booked 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. The rooms are so cosy, clean and comfortable. The teppanyaki set meal we had was delicious and well prepared by the chef. All the staff here served their guests with heart ❤️ Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jingxi. We'll definitely be back again!
ゲゲストA hotel furnished hed in a modern style, the only disadvantage being that they don't have even a small fridge in the room, but it was no problem to have the drinks cooled at the reception
KKLimNeed to lower expectation a bit as it is a minshu, not a hotel. There is a lift to the rooms. The accomodation is a short walking distance to the E-quan scenic area. One thing that stands out is the chef's cooking skills for dinner. We ordered very simple dishes but they were the most delicious 农家菜 we had in our 15 days trip.
ゲゲストWe had an issue in our bathroom and asked maintenance staff to come and fix it, and he smoked a cigarette in our room while he was working. The whole room reeked of smoke after. Parking lot was across the street and it wasn’t free, despite the hotel advertising free parking. While it was not expensive, the person guarding the parking lot also tried to cheat us but we called him out.
