帶孩子北疆自駕，專程在這裏入住一晚，整體體驗特別滿意，親子出遊首選這家🏨。酒店就在賽里木湖東門邊上，出門幾步就能進景區，持48小時門票可以隨時進出環湖，不用來回繞路奔波，帶着小朋友遊玩省心不少✨。 我們訂的觀景房視野絕佳，朝夕景色各有韻味🌤。清晨開窗便能望見朝陽覆滿天山，澄澈湖面靜靜依偎草原；白日晴空下湖山湛藍遼闊，不同時段風光都治癒動人，孩子總趴在窗邊靜靜觀賞，滿心歡喜。酒店內部空間寬敞靜謐，客房床品柔軟舒適，屋內恆温適宜，連日自駕積攢的疲憊都能好好消解。 入住期間前台小徐服務貼心周到，辦理入住高效快捷，耐心給我們講解景區遊玩路線、早晚穿搭注意事項，知曉我們帶着孩子還主動貼心叮囑湖區防風保暖細節，全程熱情又細緻。 樓下就餐十分方便🍜，飯菜味道地道可口，西北特色美食做得很香，小朋友也吃得格外開心。樓下停車場車位充足，自駕停車毫無壓力🚗。唯一遺憾衹住了一晚，沒能慢悠悠欣賞湖畔風光。出行便利、吃住舒心、服務暖心，山湖景緻絕美，下次再來賽里木湖依舊會選擇這裏。

Amazing location. You wake up and you see the Sayram Lake. The boss is super patient and helpful. Dinner was fresh and cooked for us along with breakfast. Fresh Fruits and dried fruits were prepared for us too. The boss even arranged for us to be driven from Yining. Was a super memorable experience and would recommend it to anyone who would like to see Sayram lake while enjoying an authentic experience in a Yurt. Wonderful.

愛犬を連れてサイラム湖に行った際、このホテルを選びました。 ホテルの雰囲気は美しく、とてもスタイリッシュです。 入り口が隠れているのも素晴らしい！ 部屋はとても清潔で、いい香りがします。 窓からの眺めは最高です。 加湿器まで用意してくれていました。 スタッフはとても親切で、ペットにも優しいです。愛犬はたくさん褒められて、とても嬉しそうでした。 このホテルは本当におすすめです！

本当に本当に本当にお勧めです。ホテルに着いたのがかなり遅かったのですが、ハウスキーパーの方がすぐに荷物を運んでくれてチェックインさせてくれました。フロントのスタッフもとても熱心で丁寧で、荷物を部屋のドアまで運んでくれました。サイリム湖はとても寒かったのですが、ホテルの部屋は暖かかったです。レストランのオーナーはもうすぐ閉店時間なのに、私たちがまだ食事をしていないのを見て注文させてくれたのには感動しました。朝食もとても豪華でした。初めて訪れたので、フロントのスタッフは朝食後に旅行ガイドを用意してくれたりと、親切に手伝ってくれました。サイリム湖への旅は、行く価値がありました。

Really cool experience to stay in a traditional Kazakh yurt in their own community. The host led us through their own fenced off area of the mountain (as a tourist you can't just drive in yourself). The blankets were clean and we had a view of the lake by just opening the yurt door. There are no showers, only a pit toilet, but there is crisp running water drawn from the mountains somewhere. It was really cold outside but the charcoal heating was sufficient enough for us to wear T shirts to sleep. We ordered dinner and breakfast in advance and the host's mum's cooking is fantastic. Every dish was the best version we've had so far on our trip. You could see the sheep and cows being herded at the beginning and end of the day. The friendly yellow dog kept the cattle from wandering too close to our camp. He's a well trained, good boy! Would definitely like to stay again.

宇宙カプセルに泊まるのは初めてでしたが、とても良い経験でした。清潔で、ルームメイト同士も邪魔にならず、公共施設も便利でした。とても静かに眠れて、安心感も本当に良かったです。警備のおじさんはとても良くて、ボスの女性もとても良くて、荷物を二階に運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。妖精が車の予約カードを手伝ってくれて、翌日はスムーズに出かけました。外の駐車場で星空の写真を撮るのを手伝ってくれた人もいました。すべてが順調です！あなたのビジネスが繁栄し、あなたの富が転がり込み、あなたの顧客が雲のようにやって来ることを心から願っています。

Had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcomed from the moment we arrived. We were also pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, and the upgraded room was absolutely fantastic. The view was stunning, especially with the huge window that allowed us to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery day and night. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a big living hall that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged for guests’ comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with excellent service, beautiful views, and a very comfortable environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!

The property did not match the photos advertised. Both the room and the view were quite different from what was shown online. In particular, the actual view was on a completely different side, which was disappointing. The cleanliness was only average and could definitely be improved. There was also no hair dryer provided in the room. In addition, the bathroom fixtures, including the shower and faucets, looked old and poorly maintained, with visible signs of wear and a lack of proper upkeep. The food was acceptable, with a reasonable selection, but nothing particularly memorable. Considering the price, I don’t feel the stay offered good value for money. I believe the property would provide a much better experience if it improved its cleanliness, maintained its facilities more regularly, and used photos that accurately represent the actual rooms and views.
