NNicole StFRIENDLIEST Hotel in China! Honestly, these were the kindest hotel owners we've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Kind and thoughtful and helpful. The rooms were super clean and quiet. Breakfast was an absolute feast...plus it was prepared early in the morning due to our early train departure. The hotel's location in Qiantong Town was perfect and scenic. And the nightly hotel rates were very affordable. I definitely recommend staying here.
SScarletTheWandererEmbraced by the beauty of the mountains, this hotel is a true gem, offering panoramic views of bamboo forests from each room. The common dining area is a visual delight, adorned with tasteful furnishings and bathed in ample natural light. Our stay was elevated by the genuinely warm and accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to provide insightful recommendations for exploring the area.
Despite not having a car, the hotel's strategic location allowed us to embark on a delightful on-foot adventure. A scenic hike from the hotel unveiled a hidden gem—a breathtaking waterfall that added an extra layer of enchantment to our stay. Moreover, a leisurely walk down the mountain led us to a charming village nestled on the edge of a vast lake, creating the perfect setting for a tranquil sunset stroll.
Our overall experience at this haven was nothing short of magical. The thoughtful details, combined with the friendly staff and natural wonders surrounding the hotel, made it a memorable retreat. We can genuinely say this place exceeded our expectations, and we're already planning our return. Highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and warm hospitality.
MMsNikitaThis is absolutely my favorite place in Ningbo 😳😍.
A free room upgrade! Because I booked through @trip.com. Benefits of being a member 😃😀Our stay was nothing short of an amaaaazing time. The hotel is close to the beach, beautiful sea view, the sunrise is breathtaking and the sea breeze is a cherry on top. The staff is very welcoming, sweet, patient and very helpful. Vic Guo was always available and hands on whenever we needed help, he speaks English which made everything easier. The rooms are beautiful and spacious 😍 and truly have the best views that will make you find it very hard to take your eyes off. I felt very comfortable in the room, the couch and bed are soft and comfortable, I must also mention the spacious walk in closet, if you are an over packer like me, you are definitely covered 😂. I felt home away from home, and that’s the kind of comfortability I needed and got 😉. Breakfast was delicious, there are so many options to choose from in the western restaurant. We also had lunch and dinner, which was as delicious. I absolutely recommend this hotel, my experience with Crowne Plaza is always top tier in every city 👌🥂
ゲゲストI booked the Seclusive Life resort for a 2 night weekend getaway while I am working in Zhejiang. It was a beautiful, relaxing experience. The mountains were so lush and green. The best part of the resort was the staff. Everyone was so helpful. I do not speak Chinese but we were able to communicate via WeChat very easily. The staff really went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. I ordered my meals a day in advance and the staff sent me a message when my food was prepared. I enjoyed the pool that is filled with cold mountain water. I did some hiking starting at the resort and really enjoyed the mountain scenery. Unfortunately the tub did not work in my room and there was a lot of mold in the shower but I think that is unavoidable in this humid climate. At the end of my stay the staff was about to help me arrange a driver to Xeudou Temple and Zhongcun Scenic area. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed, stress free getaway. One note, there are a lot of stairs (193 to my room) to get to the cabins so anyone with mobility issues will need to be sure to reserve a room they can reach. Again, ***** for the staff. Super.
ゲゲストThe overall experience was very nice, nothing to complain about it!
Things to be mentioned for foreign visitors who might not be understood: the breakfast/dinner location is uphill, 15 minutes walk from the hotel, so if you don’t have a car it might be a little uncomfortable (shuttle is provided only in the evening). Another point is that the outdoor spa from the hotel and the shared pool can be accessed only once, therefore do all your things before entering to enjoy the longest. These are not critics, and are advices meant to create awareness for future travellers. Besides that, great experience! I would recommend!
