very clean rooms，very good service

The bed was comfy the rooms were clean the location was good and the staff were friendly. It had a 5 star hotel room look but at the very reasonable price u can get some rooms as cheap as 3600+ incl taxes.. depends on the days. Real value for money Payal was really freindly and helpful , she was working on the front desk

A comfortable stay at this business hotel. Clean rooms, convenient location, and friendly staff. Good value for basic amenities. The restaurant offers a decent selection of dishes with prompt service. Breakfast options are satisfactory

The photos online must have been taken a decade ago because the reality is nothing like what was advertised! The room was tiny, outdated, and had a strange musty odor. The 'continental breakfast' consisted of stale pastries and watery coffee. This place is a prime example of false advertising and should be ashamed of itself."

WE HAVE BEEN STAYING AT THIS HOTEL FOR THE LAST 5 DAYS AND UNFORTUNATELY, WE HAVE NOT RECD SATISFAVTORY SERVICE. WE HAD TO WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR JUST TO GET WATER, AND THE ROOM CLEANING WAS ALSO VERY DISGUSTING WAY, BAD SERVICE WE DIDNT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO STAY THIS HOTEL.

Worst hotel ever they dont give water on time I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the water service provided during my recent stay at your establishment. Throughout my stay, I encountered significant delays and inconsistencies in receiving water, which greatly inconvenienced me. Despite multiple requests, I often found myself waiting for extended periods before receiving a response or, worse, not receiving water at all. This lack of timely service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the standard of hospitality your hotel aims to uphold. Access to clean, drinkable water is a basic necessity for guests, and the failure to provide it promptly not only disrupts their comfort but also poses health risks. Additionally, as a paying guest, I expect to receive the amenities and services promised to me upon booking. I urge you to address this issue promptly and implement measures to ensure that all guests receive timely access to water throughout their stay. Whether through improved staffing, streamlined processes, or increased oversight, it is imperative that your hotel takes immediate action to rectify this matter. I trust that you will take my complaint seriously and work towards improving the water service for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Stayed at this property prior my new assignment.stay was very pleasant.special thanks to Mr.Afan working as duty ***ager front office who helped me to get my medical trea**ent done.he was really kind and generous and hospitality shown by all staff was beyond my expectations.wish him and his team good luck for there bright future....loved to stay at this place...

It's been great event at Aralia hotel food was really good with cool ambiance at cacao restaurants really enjoyed the service given by Prashant and his team who was always there to assist us .looking forward to have family dinner and small get together with friends
