Spacious, clean, comfortable and luxury rooms with all amenities. Very helpful staff all around the clock. Breakfast buffet is delicious, everything wad finger licking. Lovely views all around, greenery, birds chirping etc. Near to Munnar, it takes around 45 Mins to reach there, but there are many local restaurants and shops around. Worth to stay here.

She went above and beyond to ensure that my grandmother and mother, both diabetic patients, had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From arranging special amenities to catering to their dietary needs, Shweta managed everything with a warm smile and impeccable efficiency. A special mention must be made of Chef Raghavan, who surprised us with a delicious sugar-free cake, carefully crafted to accommodate my grandmother's and mother's dietary requirements. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and we were all thoroughly impressed! Overall, stay at Scenic Munnar was an unforgettable experience, and we can't wait to return. This is a beautiful property nestled between lush greenery. Rooms are very comfortable and the staff is excellent. shweta on arrival interacted with our kids and they enjoyed talking to her. On departure we met the front office manager and he was very courteous. Restaurant staff is brilliant! They never say no for anything. Our kids were so comfortable as if they were home. Mrityunjay, one tall guy with a mustache( apologies I forgot to take down his name) and the chef who met us last night and recommended different dishes, all were exceptional. Staff who drove buggy was very friendly. They always attended with a huge smile. The only feedback I had was that on arrival you all should inform the guests of various wonderful activities you conduct in the hotel. Since we did not know of any we could not enjoy them. It was on departure day we saw this information on tv at the restaurant and realised the hotel has so much to offer. Even in rooms there is no information on this. Overall it was a fantastic stay! We went to stay next in Marriott coimbatore and I must say the service is no where close to what we received in Taj 👏

It was really a good experience. The view and room was extra ordinary. And in restaurant one mr Lison , he was really very helpful in the very best way . And cheff named kunal prepared the dishes in the way we thought it should be. The item was not even in menu, still he made it up specially for us . Chicken tikka was so yummy .one mr Dayalal he was the best in politeness and showed us the whole property in buggy. We are so happy for selecting this destination stay.

The name of person in restaurant hub Kitchen Mr Lison serve very best And very good understand for Jain food and he serve best Of all . He fulfill all our jain food Required. And also Miss Vidya serve Very well to us . Also cook Mr VIPIN made us Very happy in our trip of this hotel
