13 of us stayed here for my daughters hen weekend. Cannot fault anything! It was really clean rooms well laid out my daughter had a Privilege room which has a lovely terrace with jacuzzi bath. The pool was cold but expected in May. We only had breakfast which had a huge choice and was delicious. Highly recommend natural yogurt with honey straight from honeycomb. Staff were all pleasant and helpful, used taxis to get about which came really quickly and reasonably priced about €11 to Alcudia port. However bus stop right outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend and will be going back. It’s a little Gem on the Island of Majorca

Lovely hotel, lovely gardens and pool all maintained very well except for our kitchen area which was a little run down(see photo) Reception staff are very helpful and friendly, bar staff are not so much. A little remote but buses are easy to get. One annoying thing is the sun bed reservation which I think is unfair. You have to put your towels on early otherwise they are reserved all day even though people are not using them. Otherwise an enjoyable holiday. Very close to a lovely beach and entertainment is good, except the children's entertainment which is all in German as this seems to be a German oriented hotel.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. From the minute we arrived cleanliness was evident every where,very friendly staff,especially woogi club guys,great entertainment,fantastic pool and beach a 30 second walk away Apartment was right beside the pool and was very clean,huge restaurant with pretty much every food you can think of. The kids club was really good and my daughter loved all the games and collecting the badges for the element games,I will definitely be back again.

Everything was clean and taken care of. The food was great with a large variety every day. We came as a family ranging from year 10 to 68 and enjoyed the stay equally as much. There was a lot of activities that included both the young and the old. One of the guides Felieve was in particular good at getting us to participate in the different activities and made sure that it was fun the entire time. You always knew when she was coming because of her charismatic laugh that also made you smile. All of the guides are very good with the kids and I often saw the children embrace the guides with hugs and smile. I was very surprised by the quality of the shows they made every night. Very professional and fun. All in all everything was perfect. Food, Service, Activies and their hospitality. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing hotel, we really had nice holidays here, feelt so good, you do not need to go out, you have all you need here, snacks, drinks, great animation team and games, room is clean, reception always give the best advice and help you, Catalina is also around asking for our stay and our needs! super important

A lovely clean hotel, with great service, lots to do for the kids and adults. The 2 separate pools are good as one is shallower and for the kids. The water filters in each block give super cold water which is refreshing when by the pool. Buses to other parts of the island are easy to access as well.

Very good, very good Drinks. Very good Entertainment Team, Patri, Jamal,Szilvia,Ainara,Alvaro,Alice,Bodhy,Felieve and Iris. Also really good activities for adults and teens and the night Shows we're really well done! Very nice Location and Love the beach!

We are very happy. It is our first time here and we like it a lot. Food is delicious, a lot of choices! Room is Nice, we are sleeping well and cleaning is very good too. The Staff and service is incredible. Catalonia help us so much! Very attentive and reception team as well

Lovely hotel, in a nice quiet location but still plenty enough around. Right on a beach. Near buses to Alcudia/Can Picafort. Staff really helpful and polite. Plenty of stuff to do in hotel, enjoyed the entertainment we went to. We were self catering, kitchen supplies were fine for what we needed. My 3yr old loved the pools. Would definitely stay again.
