Holiday Inn Club Vacations South Beach Resort

We ere in the 2 bedroom side of the unit. People in the connecting room had 2 dogs that barked constantly whenever the people would go out. I called the front desk and were told they were companion dogs. NOT!! If they were, they would have gone with the 2 couples when they went out to dinner!! If they were companion dogs, something was clearly wrong with all of the loud barking. I made a recording of the barking to show the level of noise and took it to the desk. They were not interested in giving me any help. They acted like I was a complainer, which I am not. We had a baby under one year with us, and the constant noise was horrible anytime the occupants of that room left and left their companion dogs behind. This was the noisiest hotel stay we have ever experienced!!! It ruined our experience!!

We were very happy with this resort! Newly remodeled rooms and very pleasant staff. Would definitely stay here again. Lazy Rivers and pools were great.

We booked 3 weeks at this resort. We stayed on the 4th floor for the entire vacation and it was very nice. The 2 rooms each have a king size bed (which is really nice) and there are 2 full bathrooms (on ensuite and the other beside the 2nd room). The kitchen is a good size and has lots of dishes etc. The staff is very nice. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub every day. The gym is handy but small. It's across the street from the ocean. Overall, a great resort and very clean.

Resort was very nice and staff were very helpful and friendly . Room was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Kitchen was a little small. We had some small issues with our unit that could easily be addressed . Cold water pressure was low. Garborater didn’t appear to be fully working. Overall would definitely stay here again. We stayed for a week in the middle of March and the temps were up and down. When the sun is warm the pool and lazy river are great. The resort shuttle will get you across the busy street to the “Breezes Clubhouse” to play in the sand or people watch. Boardwalk at the Beach is a shoppers / dining delight, and the down town area has really cleaned up. We hiked through the 2 State Parks and BrookGreen Gardens. A great vacation trip.

An absolutely wonderful resort. My husband has stayed here before but this was my first time. The unit was so comfortable and clean and based on how it looked I thought it was recently built, but it turns out it wasn't. The beds and pillows made for a deep, comfortable sleep. You never heard sounds from anywhere. The property was very well kept. And a nice touch, as we were there during Valentines' Day was a card and a little baggie with sweets signed by the front desk team. Just one of those small gestures that mean something. I would stay here again.

Beach was walkable distance. ground s were clean. apartmenwas big. Full kitchen was very useful. Walmart delivered groceries to the apartment. Many restahurant withinwalking distance with excellent fod chotces. specially Angolo,s stakehouse.

The place was great, very clean, the grounds / pool were excellent and our Unit was great with lot's of room and everything you needed including a very comfy bed. The location is good but you need a car a short drive to everything you need.

This is a very comfortable quiet resort just one block from the beach. We were here in late February and we able to use the heated outdoor pool daily. There is also ping pong, basketball, and other amenities. There were several other pools which were not heated at this time of the year. Our accommodation was very comfortable and the staff was fantastic at meeting any of our requests very promptly. Food stores and mini golf near by. We took some day trips and the one that really stood out was to Brookgreen Gardens and the Huntington Beach State Park. The entry fee to Brookgreen Gardens gives you 7 days admission to see the amazing sculpture gardens. All in all it was a great trip with amazing accommodation.
