Parfait hotel pour un sejour en famille. Tout le personnel est adorable et a votre service, Les enfants sont sous la garde de TATA et mouna , vous etes sereins. Je le recommande vivement a tous les visiteurs

J'ai fait une recherches sur votre site pour 2 adultes et Mme 2 enfants. On m'a proposé 2 chambres un adulte et un enfant dans chaque chambre. Arrivé sur place, on m'a dit que c'était pas possible j'ai du rajouter de l'argent 😕

We have had an amazing 11 days at Hotel Sultan. The best holiday for everyone. We represented ages from 13-70 and there was something to do for us all. The food is excellent with so many choices that even the fussiest of eaters will find something they like. The room was comfortable, and the addition of a kettle in the room was lovely. I found the beds quite hard, but I have issues with my back so not their fault. Every area of the hotel was always being cleaned and the staff without exception were lovely and also helpful if anything was needed. I have to say the animation team were absolutely amazing. All day and into the evening they were on hand encouraging us to join in, which we did every day. We ranged in ages from 13-70 but they managed to keep everyone entertained. Even the little ones were enjoying themselves especially in the evening when the mini discotheque went in. We loved watching the children do the songs and actions. The animation team had so much energy and were always smiling and ready to help. They are Siwar, Amal, Chiheb, Nina and Haykel. They really helped to make our holiday exceptional.

We booked to return again before the holiday had even ended! The staff are fantastic and key to the success of Le Sultan. It’s a bit rough around the edges in places but generally a lovely hotel. We had an odd start as when we arrived in our room (269) there was a painter refreshing it and the main bed was not made up. We assumed it was a mistake and so expected to move but instead they chased out the painter and said room service would do the main bed in 5 minutes. To be fair, they did. We debated asking for a move but we were tired and figured that once we were back from the pool the paint would have dried. Which it had. It wasn’t toxic and so we just chose to remain. The room was otherwise beautiful. Bathroom shower leaked because the screen was too far forward from the edge of the shower but we found a solution in a rolled up towel. Good powerful shower and no complaint. My only real complaint about the room was the bed creaked terribly when you moved at all. Woke us up a few of times. But again, not a deal breaker. As a family room it was great. Kids loved it. Comfy beds and loads of space. The hotel in general is very clean and lovely to look at. Outdoor lounging is gorgeous at night. The entertainment team work really hard - all the staff do - and some of the entertainment is really excellent. The dancers are wonderful and the New Year Gala dinner was a spectacle. Food - if you come here and say you can’t find food to eat then the issue is you!! The food is excellent - fresh, varied and really tasty. We miss it already! Mix of Tunisian, European, Asian and Italian. Fresh salads, bread and pasta at all lunches and dinners so no problem feeding the kids. The desserts are sweet and fresh and the fruit is gorgeous, with a selection of gelato that the kids loved helping themselves to. The staff here work very very hard and deserve to be tipped. It is the culture here to do so and we tipped between 5 and 10 dinar frequently. (Google Tunisian minimum wage for a uk comparison and you will not begrudge rewarding their work!!!) If I had one recommendation that would make a marked difference it is that the waiters should carry a cloth with them and wipe down the tables more often. Especially around the pool edge. They collect and deliver glasses but there is no wipe down that we could see and the tables were often dirty. This would make a real difference. We will be returning in 27th December 2024 and already can’t wait!

We arrived last Saturday and we were excited to start our holiday, we were greeted with a drink and a cold towel and unfortunately this is where the kindness ended. We felt like we were treated as second class citizens because we had paid for all inclusive. The all inclusive was honestly the biggest waste of money! The photos of the food on the advertising and on Instagram look nothing at all like anything we were subjected to, the food service area is far too small for the size of the hotel and the options were very limited or sparse and took a lifetime to actually cook what you were after. We did our a la carte in le pirate, this was a set menu, like that of a sambucas £9.95 meal deal only cold and with no taste or flavour, there is a separate menu that they offer if you actually pay hard cash though. Obviously the extra £200+ we paid for all inclusive was an absolute waste. We spoke to other guests and when they booked it was an extra £300 for all inclusive, they enquired when they arrived and were told it would be an extra £600. If you choose to stay here I would advise going half board and getting a taxi into hammamet and eating there. It cost us less than £25 for two pizzas, drinks, ice creams and a taxi there and back and it was the best we had ate all week. The snack bar is a joke, we waited 45+ minutes for two bubble waffles. Wael, who appeared to be supervising the chefs was the rudest person we had the misfortune of interacting with, he would take your order and presumably the chefs weren't English speaking as wael would let them prepare food incorrectly and then chastise them after he's watched them like a hawk the whole time. My partner asked for a cheese and tomato panini, the chef asked wael several times if it was tuna, he said yes and as soon as he put It in the press he had a go at him for doing it wrong. Wael seemed more interested in chatting up girls than actually paying any attention to what he was doing. He conveniently couldn't speak English when you would question him but spoke perfectly when taking the order. The other issue we had with the snack bar was being informed on arrival that pizzas are included in this, we tried to order one and we were laughed at and told to pay, I did contact TUI about this and the information we were handed did say this was included. They advertise 5 bars on tuis website and there are only 3. The cleanliness of the room I can't fault and we had a huge balcony with a beautiful view of the sea, the bathrooms are a bit tired looking though. One evening the water had completely gone off, my partner went downstairs to inform reception and he had his head bitten off and told it was the whole hotel. The pool is okay, very cold and again tired, the liner is lifting from the floor of the pool. Also the pool bar Yasmine, very slow and every request seems like a massive burden or inconvenience. Our best day was on the beach, it's very peaceful and the sea was warmer than the pool. I would advis

When we arrived we were welcomed with a refreshing lemon drink and a cool towel which was a lovely touch. The hotel was clean and the garden view room was lovely, especially the walk in shower. The pool terrace is a beautiful relaxing area where you can sip an ice cold beer or a cocktail with fabulous views of the Mediterranean. We would love to give a special shout out to Kriss, Chedli, Jelibi, Radhouan, Haykel and Slim, who made our week's stay so enjoyable. We cannot stress enough how attentive and friendly they were with us, so much so that we have booked to return next year and we are really looking forward to seeing them all again.

Our stay was very nice everyone in the hotel was so lovely and welcoming. I recommend everyone should book all excursions such as quad biking and jet skiing with SLIM who is part of the animation team. He took good care of us and made us girls feel safe. We went on a girls trip and wasn’t worried at all. The reception staff such as ANTAR really went the extra mile to make sure we felt safe inside and outside the hotel as he knew was were three girls travelling alone. Overall we loved the experience it was a great trip Thanks to the staff! :)

This was our second time at this hotel and this experience provided the same consistent excellent service and facilities. Tarek at reception was once again offering his usual great service as were the guys at the pool bar (Slim), the guys at the outside evening bar and Maroud in the restaurant. SPA also excellent. We are returning in Sept with daughter, her husband and twin grandkids so asked to see a family room and were very surprised at how good it was for a young family. Only slight downside was they could do with more restaurant staff at weekend when the hotel becomes busier and also the entertainment shows starting at 10pm is rather later than most hotels who start this at 9pm. Many left during the show to retire for the night. Other than that thank you once again for a lovely stay.
