The worse hotel I ever stayed in my life. We booked 5 rooms and not one of it was stay able. The staffs were useless, the room was filthy. I have stayed in bad hotels but this was the worst of them all. I will never stay in this hotel ever., even if it is free

This hotel was the worst stay ever in my entire life, Rude staff, dirty rooms with torn blankets and they did not change inspite of complaining several times. No proper breakfast, flush not working, broken tiles in bathroom and mold on walls. A very unpleasant stay, smelly room, not cleaned and dirty. Please avoid this hotel as it is not worth paying so much and having a pathetic stay. Shame on the hotel ***agement for running this hotel with this condition

If it was possible to give our nigh**are ordeal at this hotel zero stars - I would. As a former broke backpacker who is accustomed to “roughing it” when it comes to accommodation and overall cleanliness/living standards, my expectations aren’t hard to meet. Especially when you know what you’re getting, as opposed to a place like this which is being advertised as a “luxury hotel.” But boy oh boy, where do I start… I’m convinced every single one of these positive reviews are entirely fabricated, created by bots or purchased. This was hands down the most DISGUSTING hotel I have ever entered. We had a large group of 11 people booked for 3 nights, and we lasted all but 2-3 hours before deciding to sleep in the lobby until it became late enough in the morning to check-in elsewhere. I’ll let the photos provide most of the visual descriptions, but in summary: 1) No part of the rooms appeared to have ever been cleaned - with black mold, hand prints, dried liquids, bodily fluids, hair, and who knows what else on and within every surface. 2) No towels/toilet paper/water was provided (had to be requested several times before receiving). 3) ALL of the linens were absolutely filthy and clearly unwashed upon arrival, with the bed comforter looking like a dead body had perhaps decomposed on it. The staff refused to provide new bedding and after about the 4th request, brought a singular sheet with dried bed bug larvae and other stains on it. They DO NOT do any laundry here by the looks (as seen in the photos with piles of filthy linens that were being re-folded and given to guests. 4) When finally receiving towels, every single person in our group received damp, dirty and unwashed towels. 5) Hallways and stairwells were full of dirty dishes and rubbish piles, and judging by the flies and smell, had been there for days, if not weeks. 6) Fridge, toilet, shower etc were stained, un-sanitized and moldy. 7) Doors leading to the outside wilderness were held together by tied pieces of cloth - not only posing a serious threat to safety and security, but providing 24/7 access to the mosquitoes, spiders, flies, other insects, geckos and RATS you will encounter. Which leads me to the grand finale… 8) RATS. Yes, the rooms are indeed infested with rats. We ***aged to catch one of ***y on video (screens shots attached) jumping from the curtain rod onto the chair and then the bed. I can’t imagine how ***y are running throughout the kitchens seeing how comfortable they are running throughout the rooms. I beg you, stay literally anywhere else but here and do not be fooled by the reviews or photos provided.

1. Entrance Queen's inn is located a bit away from the city centre. The entrance itself is huge with massive gates. There are two ways when you enter, one for the entrance and one for the exit. The exit one was always closed , everyone used only one way for both entry and exit. There's a gap between the gates and the inn itself. If you're going by a car it's just 100m. As you move towards the inn , the first thing that should be visible is the pool. Then you move towards the entrance of the inn. There's a huge space for parking , around 50 cars can be parked at the same time. There's a huge lawn , the perimeter is covered by ***go trees etc , it's filled with greens. When you enter , the reception will be towards your right and a seating area towards your left , the restaurant (Q restaurant) will be visible to you as you walk inside. 2. The Room The room which i had been given had a pool view, air conditioning, the room was very spacious. It's spacious enough for 3 adults. The room has a huge bed ( limit of 2-3 people), a small table to do your work/eat etc , an office chair which was very comfortable for me ,a mini refrigerator which wasn't working, a dustbin, a wardrobe with a mirror attached to it which is very huge and can fit most of the clothes , two small tables next to the bed and two sofas with a tea table and a toilet which is right next to the door where you enter. The bed was very very comfortable , it was very soft and bouncy , very useful when you're tired and when you want a good sleep. The sofas were comfy too , it was a little short for my height but the sofas were good. The airconditioner was perfect , you can set the temperature ***ually. The table and the office chair was also good. You get no sound of the vehicles or any external sound . Generally the room was Good+. For the room I'd give it a 8/10. 3. The Toilet The toilet consisted of a washbasin , an amenities bag , a western toilet , a bucket , a dustbin and a shower. Firstly the western toilet was very clean. The washbasin was a bit dirty but the Tap in the washbasin was very dirty , it was very rusty and the paint had worn off from the tap. The shower was dirty too, you can see the rust on the shower. You receive both hot and cold water for bathing and the overall rating for the toilet is 4/10. 4. The Restaurant and The Room Service (Q Restaurant) The restaurant is located at the ground floor , the name of the restaurant is " Q Restaurant ". The restaurant has a pool view and has air-conditioning facility. The restaurant has some average space , it's not too big and not too small. The breakfast was free with the room which i had taken. Here's the main problem , i stayed in the hotel for about 4 days and the breakfast items were the same for each and every single day and they take a lot of time to refill the items once they are over. The service is very bad , i had to ask them 4-5 times for dosas. The breakfast co nsisted of , idlies , kesari (sweet) , samb

It was good last year. However this year the maintenance and service were poor to terrible. Maintenance too bad. Breakfast horrible. No Hospitality at all. Rooms are not maintained properly. Need to improve everything.

3 double rooms booking is done for 30th October 2022, checkin is at 6.00am. Booking is done on 13 October, 2022, reconfirmed on 29th October 2022. As per the rooms booking confirmation we arrived the hotel at 6.00am itself, but no one is available at reception, after waiting for 15 minutes one person came and he said all the rooms full and they can't accommodate anymore. After long argument he said he shall arrange in some other hotel. This was horrible experience in my life ***** with my family.
