Amazing place, highly recommend it, will come back as soon as we can. Atmosphere is extremely calm and relaxing, perfect place to relax and recover. The rooms have a perfect style and decoration, food is amazing, staff the kindest and most professional you can find.

The PERFECT place to relax after a long journey prior to going on safari. Excellent service and beautiful grounds. We’ve been here a few times and we travel a lot, this is DEFINITELY one of the best run hotels in the world. Great coffee and food and oh did I mention GREAT SERVICE😃

What a gem ! This hotel nestled in a beautiful manicured park offers fantastic suites. Spacious and elegantly decorated in colonial style luxurious furniture. The massive marble bathroom can be called Wellness wing adjacent to the suite. Even the best hotel is nothing without its staff. At Hemingways you find smiling friendly and extremely well educated and experienced people who aim to make each guests stay a memorable one. My special thanks goes to Newton in the restaurant. His fresh and friendly, professional and humouristic personality makes our evening a spevial one. Thank you also to all others who indeed were dedicated to the guests satisfaction. Hosting at Hemingways Nairobi is a breeze! I have just hosted a large table for Sunday brunch; the food was INCREDIBLE and the service OUTSTANDING - attentive but not intrusive, and no request was a problem. Shout out particularly to Victor and to Francis…but all the staff and the chefs have been amazing. - I am in awe of you all! Thank you, Hemingways Nairobi - you have delivered again!

The staff are amazing, friendly, attentive and most of all, genuine. Simple joy of having dinner and being served by Victor at the Brassiere was a treat. Victor took great care and his hospitality was beyond amazing! Highly recommend Hemingway for your stop in Nairobi!

We are 2 days into our stay here and so far our entire experience has been incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday Buffet yesterday! Service and food were impeccable! The grounds are gorgeous and we enjoyed the beautiful live music while we dined outside. I have to recognize Frances, the pastry chef! The pastries and desserts were beyond amazing! Frances was proud, yet humble, about the entire pastry staff. I saw him recommend several items to guests and then take the pastry to warm it up to be savored. I just wish we could’ve tried everything! My husband and I got different pastries and desserts so we could sample each others. Devine!

Incredible hotel. It will make you feel you are in a bygone era. Rooms are beautifully decorated and every part of the hotel is beautiful and kept ******ally well. Great garden and very good food. At the terrace bar you can enjoy the sunset drinking great cocktails. It’s definitely the best Nairobi can offer when it comes to hospitality. It is also conveniently located in the heart of Karen, steps from Karen’s museum and coffee shop. The service is outstanding.

The most amazing brunch with bottomless sparkling wine. The food is out of this world, service exceptional in a beautiful setting. The staff here are amazing. Shout out to Isaac a fantastic waiter who served previously and on this occasion. And of course Chef Njoro and finally Keely. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.

The staff were really welcoming...ask for Braton,Francis and Mirriam if you're looking for exceptional customer service. Thank me later. The Sunday brunch did what it was supposed to do!! From the vast food variety on the buffet to the limitless prosecco...the service was excellent! They view is an added value as well.
